Efficient Visa Service.
I was very pleased with Direct Passport's service. They handled my Brazil visa application in a timely manner. Every email I sent questioning part of the process was answered quickly. My application arrived at Tony's office on a Friday, he submitted it on a Tuesday, and it was back in my hands 9 days later.
I appreciate the honest, efficient, professional and punctual service I received from Direct Passport. I will use them again the next time I need their service.

WONDERFUL SERVICE. My husband was leaving for China and we were pushed to the last minute getting our documentation together. I got everything to Tony on a Monday and had my visa back on Wednesday. My phone calls and e-mails were returned within minutes. Will definitely use again.

Perfectly Rushed Passport, Super Fast, Super Simple. My app package was guaranteed USPS to Passport Direct by Noon, Tony had texted me confirming receipt by 12:03. He got my passport rushed to me in perfect time so I could make my trip. Excellent communication, would use in a heartbeat again.

Excellent service procuring travel visas!. Tony was extremely helpful in obtaining travel visas for a large group of students in a study abroad trip. We were a complicated bunch, but he worked professionally and quickly to be sure we all obtained our visas in time for a successful trip!

A surprisingly good experience -- quick and efficient.
I've never used a passport service before and had some concerns about the process, especially considering that my trip to Brazil was coming up soon. It was also awfully difficult to choose a passport service out of the huge list that the Brazilian consulate had on its web site. In the end, I chose Direct Passports and Visa Services because their web site was one of the most clearly written I had come across, the reviews on this site were good, and when I called, a human being answered the phone and was very responsive. In addition, a Google search on the company's name didn't show any negative feedback. (Always a good thing to do!)
I FedEx'd my passport and application materials on a Wednesday and received my passport and visa back the following Tuesday. What was nice is that I received e-mail feedback that my application materials had been received and also received a notice from FedEx when my package had been shipped, so I knew exactly when it would be arriving. In addition, my passport and visa arrived with some helpful written materials about the visa I had just received -- a nice touch.
All in all, a refreshingly easy and smooth experience! Definitely recommended.

Great Service!. Great service! Sent my packet off on the 7th, Tony received it on the 8th and let me know he got it. Got my visa back by the 10th. I couldn't have gotten greater service anywhere else. I highly recommend Direct Passpart to anyone needing a passport or visa.

Professional, Courteous, and Lightening Fast.
Direct Passports is one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with - very professional, courteous, lightening fast - uncomplicated the whole process!
Without a doubt, I would recommend using this service, whether you are one person or a group.
A large group of us is going to Brazil. We do not live in Houston where the Brazilian consulate is located.
The group - more than 50 of us located in four states - have never been to Brazil, and most are inexperienced or first-time travelers. One person even lives in a state served by a different consulate. All have the same experience with Direct Passports - Great! This business can handle anything.
Every detail was taken care of. The process was explained and there were no mysteries. Even the silliest questions were answered with courtesy.
Direct Passports made the process of getting a visa so simple and easy. What could have been a logistical nightmare was instead a delightful experience, if you can imagine such a thing.
Everyone has felt so lucky to have found a business like this one.
