We searched high & low and in the end, we felt the most comfortable with river oaks limo.The limo ride was one of my highlights as crazy as it sounds. we hooked up the stretches w/booze..lots of booze! Our BP was having a great time! Almost ½ of the BP was wasted BEFORE cocktail hr! I laughed! the driver said it’s a sign of a great party! One of the GM could not even walk in for the intro & we lost another 2 more around dinner time. Personally – I got a kick out of it. But..back to the limo, the ride is so much fun. Nobody talks about the limo ride. Can I just tell you – going to the church & after the church its like the road opened up for us. People were driving by waiving, hocking, giving us thumbs up. It was a blast. Going to the church, I was with my brother & mother – both were giving me away! We saw my brother waving back & doing the Pope wave. It was hysterical! The driver just laughed & totally blended in w/my crazy family. Then on the way to Lamberts Castle the people were yelling out the windows to the limo & I wishing us well, beeping & blowing kisses. It was theeee best ride of my life! The driver said its like that for every wedding. We had a blast. Also, I gotta tell you, since our priest ran late the driver was all over it. The man kept me calm the entire time. When nobody was giving me answers he went & got me the answers. He kept fixing my train & just a great guy! Also, at Lamberts’ Castle when we arrived he asked if it was ok if he goes like 5 min down the road to fill up the rolls w/gas. I thought that was great customer svc. The biggest thing of all – even though we ran late w/the church the man got us to cocktail hour ON TIME! That was huge. He told us not to worry. He kept tabs on the traffic for us & got us there & didn’t miss a beat! HIGHLY recommend them!

++++AAAAAA. Excellent Driver!: Everytime I've used River Oaks they've been on time and given me excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married because these guys made my wedding transportation hassle-free!

“Relible and safe”. I used this company for my office meeting. They were very prompt and very cost effective. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a very professional company and very courteous driver.

Great limo service, Watch out for unauthorized charges!!!. I booked a limo through Moody for my sis's bachelorette party on a Friday night. I had called quite a few other limo companies in town, getting price quotes for 6 hours of limo service, and I researched online for reviews of the companies. I was impressed by the number of positive reviews that this company has received, so when Moody quoted me a price that was just right (there are some companies that charge less, and more), I figured I could pay a little extra to guarantee good service as I saw examples of such service here in reviews from previous customers. Also, Moody was very respectful over the phone, and assured me that the price he gave me included all fees, taxes, etc.. I found that refreshing that he wasn't trying to hide any fees in there that I would have to pay for later. He added all of it into the quote, supposedly, and I trusted that he was being honest. Turns out he was not. I gave him my credit card number over the phone to charge the full amount to. (671$)

First let me say we had an awesome experience in the limo the night of the party. The driver was on time, the limo was clean and decorated, and there were no problems whatsoever with the service that night. We had a blast.

I recommended Moody and his services to several people I know, including my parents for my sister's limo service for her wedding. I was very impressed, until a few days after the party, I viewed my credit card statement, which had the original charge we had agreed upon, and a new charge, made several days after the party itself, of just over 130$. I figured this must be some sort of error, as we never discussed that there would be any further charges. I have since left 2 voicemail messages, and emailed Moody through the company website, with absolutely no response. Now I am stuck with the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I consider this stealing. He doesn't even have the respect to tell me what exactly this charge was for???? So, as I said, I am disputing the second charge, and I am incredibly disappointed that a company that provided such good services, could steal money by making unauthorized extra charges on the credit card number that I gave him when we originally booked for the the price we discussed.

All I can say is that I revoke any positive recommendation that I had for this company. It is very sad because they do provide great service, however I would never recommend them again because they are obviously committing fraud by making unauthorized charges on my credit card. I would not trust this company, and I hope that those of you reading this will take my word and keep looking. This company is not for you, unless you want to be stolen from !!

Lesson learned, don't trust anyone, no matter how honest they seem to be.
