Very dissappointed. I hope the Vietnamese owners read this.

This Boiling Crab is overrated and overpriced.

Food is OK (above average=3 out of 5 but I had better at other places-)

Do not come here for service (just don't give a crap.)!

Busy but it is not the reason for bad service (most customers are black)

Overcharge on everything even butter and water and almost everything else.

They even charge service tips even there is no service at all.

Houston's Best Crawfish. Great food, great atmosphere.....if you can get a table! Boiling Crab serves the best crawfish in Houston as long as you order it with the "whole shabang" seasoning. This place is a little pricey, but definitely worth it considering you don't have to deal with boiling the crawfish yourself. The only other issue is the wait if you plan on dining it---this wait varies from 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on your luck. Your best bet would be to put in a take-out order, which usually takes about 10 or 15 minutes!!

Pros: DELICIOUS crawfish, fried oysters and cajun fries.

Cons: Extremely long wait for sit-in meals

Best Crawfish Ever!!!. The is the best place to go for crawfish...make sure you get the whole shabang for the crawfish seasoning. Their prices are a little higher than what you can get right now during crawfish season but the crawfish are sooo good! Normally there is a long wait to get in but it is well worth it. Once you are in, take your time and savor the experience. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. The only thing we had to wait for was our seat and a ticket...nonetheless, the food is what counts and it is always great. The fried catfish is ok...go to Pappadeaux or Floyd's if you want good catfish.
