My computer was having some problems, so I took it in. The staff failed to mention that they were going to charge me an arm and a leg just to get MY OWN INFORMATION PUT BACK ON MY COMPUTER. They took it off (without asking what I needed) and are charging me near $200 just to put it back on there. It would have been one thing if I was informed of this before I dropped it off, but now I have absolutely no choice. I feel like I am being taken advantage of, and for that I will be making that known. I would have done better if I would have just spent some more money and gotten a new computer with the way they are handling everything (fixing it AND transferring and working with my information)
