WONDERFUL, HELPFUL & PROFESSIONAL. My appointment was last weekend & it could not have been better. The staffs provided by far the best customer service. They were honest, patient & went out their way to help finding the right dress. I felt completely secure & happy with no pressured or rushed. This is exactly what I wanted for my wedding gown shopping experience.
HORRIBLE & RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this place. I have not actually been here, but my matron of honor went by here to look at bridal party gowns for my upcoming wedding. As she was looking at dresses and on the phone with me, she stated that a saleswoman followed her like a stalker, tucking in tags until my MOH got off the phone with me, then asked her if she had an appointment. When she stated she didn't, the saleswoman stated she would not be able to try any on unless she had an appointment. When my MOH explained that I lived out of town and just wanted to look at a few to get ideas to send to me, the saleswoman acted like she was doing my friend a "favor" by letting her try on just a few. A few minutes later, my friend's hubby walked in from the car (which it was warm outside) with their 5 month old daughter, who was sleeping soundly. The saleswoman went to my friend and said her "fiance, husband, whatever was up front with a "THING"" and made a gesture to carrying a baby. When my friend said that it was her husband with her baby, the saleswoman rudely told her that she would have to leave and come back another time with an appointment and would not be allowed to try on any dresses. I can't believe the rude brashness by this place and how they treat people. One thing is for sure....They WILL NOT be receiving our business. If you want to be treated with respect and like a human, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Great Experience!. We purchased our bridesmaids dresses with Now & Forever & seriously we had great experience. We were informed clearly that our dresses were special order by size chart & alterations will be needed for some of us. Our dresses came in & they were good fit. The wedding just passed by & we all look great. Now & Forever was very detail with their works & we appreciated that.
How are they possibly still in business?.
When purchasing the dresses, we informed them that one of the three of us would pick up the dresses, as my friend is a seamstress (and yes, I am kicking myself that we didn't have her make the dresses) and so would not need to try them on since we wouldn't be using their services, anyway.
When one of my girls went in to pick up the dresses, they were rude and inattentive, even though all she needed was 5 minutes to pay and confirm that these were the right dresses.
We had a girly party at my house to try on dresses for my bridesmaids. When my first girl tried on her dress, it was ridiculous. It fit in the hips, but the bust was so big it literally was falling off. My friend was trying to fix it, and it was determined that in order to fix the dress, she was essentially going to be remaking it. When my other girl tried on her dress, we could not zip it up. It fit, but the zipper was defective. At this point we got upset and called the store. They informed my girl that she had been "demanding" when she went in, and acted as though we should be apologizing to them, even though they had messed up the dresses. We decided to drive down there and see what they could do to fix them.
The manager, Bo, immediately made us feel unwelcome and acted as though we were stupid. He seemed to feel the need to "explain" every little detail of the business, and rather than simply having my girls try on their dresses and start to fix the issues, he was intent on lecturing us.
He insisted that the dress with the defective zipper fit perfectly, even though he struggled with the zipper, as well. He then stated that this was a problem they had seen before with this dressmaker, an issue that was not divulged to us before we purchased the dress.
With the other dress, they kept spouting off about how it fit in the hips and this was a "special order." When you order dresses from this shop, they give you the impression that your dress is being custom-made, but they don't take your actual measurements into account at all. In addition, the measurements they had taken were INCHES off, and her dress actually should have been too small by their measurements, and not two sizes too big. They were going to take a picture of the dress to document the issue, but we wouldn't allow them to fix the dress so that it look like it almost fit and they didn't want to take the picture because her they "can't take a picture of your boobs!" (actual words, and it was actually a bra, but they refused to take the picture, I assume because it showed just how badly the dress fit)
At this time, the manager had the sales girl go get the SECURITY GUARD because....well, I don't really know why. Were we happy about these dresses? No! Were they doing anything to make us happy or confident that they could fix the dresses? NO! Were we knocking over mannequins, trying to steal accessories, or starting a Jerry Springer-style melee? No. When the officer walked in, he literally did a double-take when he saw four women sitting quietly, doing nothing. We were shocked and offended that they felt the need to call in a security guard.
After over an hour of NOTHING being accomplished, Bo finally offered to have the alterations done for free. Unfortunately for him, by this time we had all reached the conclusion that there was no way we could trust this person, or anyone affiliated with this shop in any way, to be competent at their job.
In the end, the customer service was horrifically bad and they demonstrated that they don't really know what they are doing nor do they care about fixing their mistakes. In addition, you are going to pay a lot of money for a dress that will arrive to you badly wrinkled and is essentially an off-the-rack dress, not a dress that is tailored to your measurement. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere!
Worst customer service. My bestfriend is getting married and we are trying to pick bride's maid dresses. Her mother liked one she saw at Now and Forever, so the bride-to-be and I stopped in to try it on. When we arrived, there were only two other customers in the store and a male and female were working. The female working literally ignored specific questions I asked her. When we were finally allowed to use one of the 5 empty dressing rooms, neither of them offered to help clamp the large sample dress. As we left, my friend told the lady thankyou and she didn't reply. I felt like we were in the store from the movie Pretty Woman with the snotty sales lady. We have decided to buy the 10 bride's maid dresses elsewhere. Please do not give this awful store your business!
