“Management and customer service is awful at this location, maybe I'll try another one!”
“The management is horrible the front desk staff has no idea what customer service is.”
“keep in mind the managers(they have been through nearly 3 gen, mngrs in 6 months), and the owner reassured me they would settle the previous debt if i started a new account, so i did, now 6 months later after still billing me the monthly 1o dollar bill de”
Gym. I have been a member to several gyms and this one by far has been the worst. The management is horrible the front desk staff has no idea what customer service is. They are rude dont know what they are talking about and have no idea how to talk to costumers. If you have any kind of problem dont even think of speaking to a manger because conveniently they are always busy. If you leave your phone number forget it they wont call you, and when you finally get a hold of someone they are clueless and will refer you to Corporate who are all even worst. I just dont recommend them at all and the facility is not all that great either the separate gym for the ladies is really cramped and you constantly have to wait to use the equipment.
horrible managment/staff. as far as gyms in houston go this had got to be one of the worst run places ive been. i was a member last year for about 4 months i did not go that much and decided to cancell, i sent the letter for the cancellation , they never got it they said 8 months later it needed to be certified, however the charges added to 90 dollars, i said screw that, months after the cancellation on my account a sales guy calls me and says he will drop the previous bill if i start a new down payment and pay 10 dollars a month i say ok and start a new membership. keep in mind the managers(they have been through nearly 3 gen, mngrs in 6 months), and the owner reassured me they would settle the previous debt if i started a new account, so i did, now 6 months later after still billing me the monthly 1o dollar bill decide they will bring up the 90 charge from the previous statement, they told me i could work out but they will look into it, he also said i was cool for not getting upset like that should make a difference , i would have all the right to be upset if i wanted to, that was 5 days ago i go in today and the gm refuses to talk to me i see him through his glass cubical as he stares into space and sends one of his staff members who seems like her education is still in the high school level, after asking her if hes to busy to talk to me, she acts like hes busy not realising he is 3 feet away from me staring into space in his glass cubile, i decide to cancell and tell everyone this place is horrible, the management has always been rude, they rarely honor the 7 day passes they give out, and could care less if they loose a customer. i was never rude and never expected anyone to go out of there way , just dont lie to customers than treat them like garbage later
High Theft Area - Not Safe For Women. Buyer BEWARE!!!! I have had a membership there for a while. My vehicle was broken into at this facility. They have cameras watching the parking lot but they don't record. After dispatching police, I found out that this location has many theft incidents. I found out that Two of the facility workers have had their vehichle vandalized as well. The corporate office should start recording this facility. I am cancelling my membership because first of all the area is not very good and I rather spend a little more money in a better area than be sorry in the future. Now I have to spend over $400 to fix my lock cylinder. BUMMER!!!!!!!!!
Worst place to work out!. The gym decided to call wreckers for cars that were parked illegally after 3 years of parking in these spots. So to make a long story short, my car got towed. Noone in the gym was informing anyone that they were going to start towing. I was in the aerobics class and noone said anything, so after 2 hours of being there I walked out to no car. The must have towed about 30 cars because there were a lot of people without their vehicles. I walked back in to talk to the manager, Mark, that was sitting comfortable at his desk, to complain. All I said was that it would have been nice if we were informed of this new procedure after 3 years, and he did nothing. I also told him they were still towing, it would be nice if he could go out there and make an anouncement to everyone that they were towing cars. But nothing got done! So I had to pay $211 to get my car out. This is the part that really made me mad. I went back to the gym the following week because that is the cheapest gym in my area and cars were all parked in the same spots again and the gym allowed it. To this day cars park in these illegal spots and nothing gets done but for that one day they decided to call the tow trucks. I don't understand! Management and customer service is awful at this location, maybe I'll try another one!
