Poor Customer Service.
I just want to tell you what poor service Anna's Bridal gives. This past weekend 06/21/08 my family and me walked into to Anna's bridal off of 45 south. My sister is standing in a wedding some time in July when she went to get fitted for the dress the seamstrist was very rude and please take note she only spoke spanish. When my sister asked her what is the "thumb of rule" for the hemming she said it's to each customers liking when my sister mentioned that the hem was to short her reply was "then why are you asking" we were both so shocked. She then left my sister on the floor and asked the "owner" Steve to finish her hem. When my sister tried to explain the situation to teh owner his responce was " she is one of my best employee's". He did not acknowledge the problem and cared less. I personally am a future bride. My wedding is on November 15th of this year. With that customer service i would never walk back into that store much less refer anyone there. I would not even rate this store a 1 star. It really has very poor customer service.
