Nice looking but built very cheap. House is nice looking but don't let good looks fool you. These houses are built as cheaply as the city of Houston's inspectors will let them get away with I made the mistake of not getting it professionally inspected before I bought it. No major problems but definitely annoying. Trying to get the problems fixed within the 1 year warranty was also annoying, for every problem they give you stupid explanations to why it was caused as if you were a moron & they try to give you the runaround to fix it.

Before you buy make sure to get a top inspector to look at it .
