Great Yoga Flow

I've been practicing here for nine months. the teachers are experienced and enthusiastic. there are classes every day for all levels. i prefer the intensives--the group energy is encouraging and Jenny is always challenging. the actual studio space is divine: it is a beautiful room to practice yoga and plenty big. namaste.
