no one knows my secret. I met Dr. Pappa socially. I was so impressed with her as a person, that I checked into her services. People have raved about Botox and parties and such for years, but I really didn't feel comfortable with the possible problems. I will only let Dr. Pappa touch my face. From the moment she began analyzing my face and marking where "help" was needed, I knew my impression was accurate - I was in good hands.

I have been getting botox injections for almost a year now and no one knows (except the staff) My husband made a joke about botox last week, making a face that looks startled... I almost told him, but I just smiled and thought to myself, "A girl can have some secrets"

Customer service is GREAT!. Last Christmas I purchased my girlfriend several hundred dollars in gift certificates to this Spa. Because of her work schedule, and the Spa's loss of some staff members, she had some trouble making appointments.

When I contacted the Spa to explain our dissatisfaction, they bent over backwards to make both of us happy. They went well beyond my highest expectations to satisfy my girlfriend and me, including scheduling her for an appointment at another Spa at their own expense.

This is really great customer service, and I really recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality Spa experience. They are very concerned about the quality of their products and services, and will work hard to satisfy your needs.

the most relaxing doctor's office ever.. I was really impressed with everything. It was warm and friendly and I waited for Dr. Pappa for just five minutes (which is a change from the usual doctor's offices ive been to). I loved the environment: asian & modern but earthy too. relaxing music. It smelled really nice in there as well. The doctor is personable, smiley and highly qualified and experienced.

I will be going there from now on for dermabrasion & laser to work on a few acne scar problems. I have recommended this place to my friends. In my opinion it is the best med spa in Sugar Land.

Hairy Back? Get Laser treatments here!. My wife talked me into getting laser treatments for my hairy back.

I felt a bit uncomfortable getting it done, but my wife coordinated everything for me.

When I arrived at Javani, I was greeted by a friendly staff. Andrea offered me a "spa elixer" which was pretty neat.

Dr. Pappa made me feel right at home , and I have had 4 treatments now with a couple more to go!

My wife loves the results, and now she is going in for facials and chemical peels while I go in for hair reduction treatments. The staff knows us pretty well and always has our favorite beverages made for us upon arrival, and really seems to care about what's going on in our lives. It is so rare to find a place like that.

Houston's Best Med Spa. I have to tell everyone that this is the place to go to for a facial. I am a facial lover, and I have never had a facial like I did here. The lady who did my facial , Stevie, also shaped my eyebrows and did reflexology and gave me a hand treatment. She didn't charge me extra for anything. I had assumed that I would be charged. I had the most marvelous response from her. She said that she is there to ensure that I am taken care of and she enjoys pampering everyone. SHE is a great spa person. I will not stop raving about the service and attention that this spa offers! Go see for yourself!

Forget Microdermabrasion, Try Vibradermabrasion!!!. I am a huge fan of microderm. I have had it a few times and love the way that it makes my skin feel and look. I do not like the messy crystals that are always stuck around my ears and nose! I came here to Javani to get a Vibradermabrasion treament. It is very nice. There were no crystals, and my skin felt even softer afterwards!

If you like skin that feels like silk, try this out!

Fabulous Facials!. I visited this beautiful Medical Spa today for a facial. I had an "Ayurvedic" facial. I didn't quite know what I was in for until I arrived. I had a "de-briefing" from thier esthetician who was polite and informative. The spa does not at all feel like a "medi spa", but it feels like a luxurious day spa. The facial was out of this world!

It was the best I have ever had! I fell asleep which is hard for me! The products that were used for me were all organic and herbal based. The esthetician, Stevie, enlightened me on many things that I have always wondered about! The one thing that I loved most is that I didn't feel rushed at all. I actually spent a good amount of time just hanging out at the spa afterwards just to enjoy the environment!!

Dr. Pappa also greeted me and answered the many questions I had about some laser procedures. I booked a package before I left, not only because of my desire to get laser treatments, but because of how knowledgable and accomodating that the entire staff was!

This spa is a new one, but you can tell that everyone is very expereinced and dedicated to making this spa the best!

Best Cutomer Service from a doctor ever!. I had heard about this new spa from a friend and decided to check it out. I live in the city, so I trecked out to Sugarland (it was only a 15 minute drive!!) to see what all of the commotion was about.

I needed some more Botox anyways, so why not!

The first impression of the spa was inviting and relaxing. It wasn't your typical doctor's waiting room. I felt like I was in a destination spa! The staff made me feel welcome and I was very much at ease.

The doctor, Dr. Pappa was very nice, and is a woman so that made me feel comfortable too.

She did a great job on my Botox! I will definately be returning for more treatments!!

I highly recommend this spa to anyone who values great customer service!
