Everything is fine - until AFTER you buy form them!. They are indeed very nice and helpful - and seemingly honest - until after the purchase.

We bought a $450 futon mattress. When we got it home and "tested it" again on the floor - still with the original plastic encasing on it - it didn't seem nearly as soft. However, that wasn't the problem. The problem is that the outgassing from the foam on the top is making me really sick, so we contacted the store, then brought it back in two days later- in the plastic encasing - and explained that it was making me sick even having it in our home. Not only did the girl refuse to take it back, but she refused to let us leave it there until she contacted the manager. It has been two months of us getting the run-around, promises that the manager will call us back. We realize that it will never happen. We can't have this mattress in our home, and they refuse to take it back even though it is unused! So much for good customer service! Or even caring one iota about their customers.

Got Just what I needed. I can't believe it is soo hard to find a futon AND waterbed store in Houston.. Thank goodness i found Right Futons on Katy Freeway... They were super friendly and had a large selection of futons and frames. I even found some waterbed supplied I had been needing. Ordered and delivered ON TIME and just right.. Thanks Right Futon!!!

Great Selection. I was looking all over Houston for a futon and couldn't find a store with more than three futons to choose from and they were not what i was looking for. Then Right Futon answered the phone and told me that they had over 30 different frames and 8 different futon mattresses to choose from. When I got there I was very happy to see all my choices and to find out that there were over 300 fabrics to customize my futon. I was very happy and it was EASY no high pressure sales!! I would recomend this company to anybody that needs any kind of furniture.
