A. To me customer service is important and is always an important factor when purchasing something , especially something so special. A friend of mine mentions Winnie Couture and how well they treat their brides. She was right, the staff there was amazing to me and I also saw how happy all the other brides there were. Winnie Couture definitely lives up to their reputation. I was so pleased with everything, Winnie Couture offers it all. It would be so hard to believe that anyone would walk out unhappy. Winnie is it…look no further!!

WOWOOWOW!. This bridal shop has a great selection of dresses for all brides. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile with finding that perfect dress! My time at Winnie Couture was amazing, I really felt cared for I knew it wasn’t their goal to get a sale….their goal was to make sure I was happy and that I was! I made a wonderful purchase with the help of a wonderful stylist. Thanks Winnie Couture!!!

TERRIBLE. My daughter is currently waiting and waiting on a dress that she purchased long ago. Each time she calls or goes into the shop they give her another date!! At this point she can't even have her bridal portrait done. Somone at this shop needs to get HONEST. We have always done business with LOUISE BLUM and were treated professionally and with the greatest respect. I expect the same from Winnie Couture. It takes more than an upscale sounding name to have a good reputation in Houston. It takes integrity!!

Delightful Store. I found my wedding dress at Winnie Couture and everything was perfect from start to finish. I have zero complaints about this bridal store. It was an easy entertaining appointment, my stylist was very helpful. I knew I would find my dress there, they have an excellent selection of dresses. I find my dress and go back about 4 months later to pick up my dress, the dress was perfect! I only needed a few minor alterations that were taken care of right away. Winnie Couture made me a happy bride.

Gorgeous Dresses!!. Customer service is very important to me, that’s what I mainly look for when I purchase something big. When I started looking for my wedding dress I got nothing but the worst service. Sales girls were snobby, pushy and mean, they just wanted a sale. I was starting to think that all bridal stores were like that. I find Winnie Couture online, I liked what I saw on their website so I call and make an appointment. I could tell right away that this place was different everyone had smiles, their noses weren’t up to the sky. I felt so relieved…finally a place where people are nice. I have my appointment and it went so well I couldn’t have been more thankful to find Winnie Couture. Their service blew my standards away, I have never been treated so nicely at a store..this was great! I loved the store I love their dresses they were all fantastic but the service is what closed the deal.

Joy & Happiness. I had such a great experience at Winnie Couture this past weekend. It's a stunning boutique with a wide range of styles and prices for everyone. It doesn't have the snotty atmosphere that other boutiques have and the staff really knows what they're doing. They definitely have so much knowledge of their brand. I feel like the staff at Winnie Couture actually cares about their jobs and their clientele, unlike some other snobby places that just care to make a buck. I was taken care of so well and my consultant made sure that I was happy throughout my appointment. I walked in with one style in mind and I was sticking to it but my consultant suggested that I try on a mermaid style, I was a little hesitant because I felt like A line would work best for me. She somehow got me to try it on and I loved it! I walked in with one style and walked out with another. Winnie Couture is a professional and fun environment, I loved every minute there.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I go to school out of town and I drove for hours down to see my gown after months of waiting. I was completely worn out, but I tried on my dress. To my surprise, it seemed EXACTLY like the sample dress (size 8 as opposed to my order of a size 0). There were loose strings everywhere as if the sequins had fallen off, but my consultant told me it was loose lace strings? and pulled out a razor blade and started trying to chop them off. After stopping her, I commented on how large it was and how incredibly long it was. I had worn 4.5 inch heels and it was still almost 6 inches longer! BUT the consultant told me she was positive she measured me and this is what it was. Believing that Winnie upheld a name of trust and integrity, I trusted my consultant. MISTAKE. Not only did she send me home with a gown cover with a broken zipper, I went home to show my mother my gown. She was appalled and told me there was no way this dress could be new, nor a zero! Though the tag said my name and size 0, the manufacturers tag said 8! Also, it seemed as if only the waist had been altered to fit me from the sample! I called the shop and she told me to IGNORE the tags. (HOW COULD I! THEY WERE SEWN IN BY THE MANUFACTURERS) I told her that I really dont think it is correct and that I would like to stop by tomorrow to show her. To my surprise, she told me I couldnt because she was completely booked. I am not trying to come in for a fitting, but to show them a mistake that was made. I have never felt so cheated, betrayed, and taken advantage of. I feel like my wedding is ruined and I am completely crushed. I do not wish this feeling on any PERSON let alone any bride. Stay away.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!. Winnie Couture is the one of the most beautiful stores I?ve been in. Beautiful interior, beautiful gowns and beautiful customer service. I had an amazing experience there shopping for my wedding gown. Walking in and seeing all of the gorgeous decor was breath taking, sparkly chandeliers were fabulous. My stylist gave me a tour of the store, she was knowledgeable in everything and answered all of my questions before I even asked, it was great! As soon as the tour was done she had me pick out the ones I liked and she took them to the fitting room, I was so eager to start trying them on. As I looked at them all in the fitting room I knew I was going to love them all. So I start trying them on my stylist was helping me in and out of the dresses which was wonderful and very helpful. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful with myself considering I?m a little insecure about my weight at this time, she was amazing! My appointment was so much fun everyone in party that went to Winnie with me was having a good time, everyone was entertained. My stylist giving me all of the attention but still managed to keep my party pleased and entertained. The dresses I tried on were all stunning I had several in my fitting room, my top 3 dresses were Raine, Felicity and Dafina, they were gorgeous ball gowns that were a fit for a princess and that?s exactly how I want to feel on my wedding day like a princess. So I tried them all on a couple more times this time with heels and a tiara. When I had the Felicity on I started to cry tears of joy I knew that was the one and it was all thanks to my stylist she was the one who suggested that I try that one on. It was the best experience ever! I can?t wait to wear my dress on my special day!

I had a really horrible experience. I had an appointment at 12pm... I just moved to houston, so i really do not know my way around... I got there around 12:30pm and immediately i walked in there was no one at the front door, neither was there anyone in the back. I had to scream hello to get someone and when i did a lady came out of the room and she was like how may i help you? I told her i had an appointment and she responded like she did not know who i was like i did not exist and then she looked at the appointment book and told me she will have to cut my appointment short because there is another customer coming in 45 mins... then she said go ahead and pick any you will like to try on and she will put them in the fitting room.... she was not helpful at all not welcoming at all.. I thought because i was black ... i don't think i will ever be back there again
