Winnie Couture is the best! The boutique is so chic and the girls there are sooooo nice and patient. They really listen to what you are looking for and their selection of gowns are beautiful. I had been to at least 5 other bridal boutiques and none of them were as fabulous as Winnie Couture. The entire process was super fun and easy…there is absolutely nothing to complain about. My dress came in perfect no alterations needed!! I couldn’t be happier..thanks so much Winnie Couture!!!

Winnie Couture is fantastic, by far the best in Houston. It’s like walking into bridal heaven, they have everything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t have picked a better place to get the dress of my dreams. The service was phenomenal, my bridal consultant was so sweet and very helpful…she catered to my every need.

I would have to say that Winnie Couture provides the best customer service in all of Houston. I had been to several bridal stores, I wasn’t treated with the greatest respect no one really cared to help out and give suggestions, I basically had experienced bland and cold service. My experience at Winnie Couture was something else, they went above and beyond my expectations! All the staff there was super sweet everyone interacts with one another. It was just a happy place. My bridal consultant was wonderful, she was knowledgeable and very helpful. Winnie Couture is the place, I highly recommend it.

The best experience I had while shopping for my dream dress was at Winnie Couture. Words can’t even explain it. I am an extreme perfectionist and my stylist went beyond my expectations, she was amazing! I was blown away by the customer service, I was taken care and treated like a princess. Besides being very sweet my stylist was knowledgeable she knew the product very well I hardly had to ask any questions. I definitely purchased my dress, I couldn’t imagine getting the dress of my dreams anywhere else.

Cheap quality for over the top price!. I was very disappointed with the quality of the dresses as well as the limited styles. How can the prices be that high??? Does it include the other wedding costs as well? anyway, the service was not that great either. My brother was with me and overheard the sales girl say "she wants to try on another dress?" and rolled her eyes in regards to me wanting to try on my 3rd dress. Not very welcoming. I had a much better experience elsewhere. Also, I would not recommend Bella Deur bridal either...they seem a bit dirty like they dont clean their dresses. I heard of people feeling itchy after leaving there. scary.

WORST BRIDAL STORE IN HOUSTON!. Sorry to say..as soon as you go in there you will feel ripped off and shunned. The dresses are WAYYY overpriced for it's china town quality and the sales girl is not helpful and will shun you when you tell them you dont have like $4,000 to spend on a dress. Ridiculous! They are also notorious for being unreliable and making several mistakes on your dress order as well as getting it in late! That's not good when you have a wedding deadline date!

Best Bridal Store in Town. Winnie Couture provided me with the best service, I had never experienced something so special. The staff there is very helpful. They were the sweetest girls to work with, you could see that their main goal is to make you happy. I didn’t have an issue with Winnie Couture throughout the entire process. They gave me great service and a fabulous dress.

Houston's Finest!. I found the dress of my dreams at Winnie Couture as I knew I would. Prior to visiting I went on their facebook page and saw so many happy brides. There was nothing but positive comments, I was certain that I was going to find my dress there. My experience there was everything I had imagined and more, I had the best time. Winnie Couture is the place to get your dream dress.

Went home crying!!!!. Yesterday I had an appointment for my first ever wedding dress appointment. First, someone changed my appointment for a day later and did not inform me, so the ladies in the store were not expecting me. Not a very good first impression. I was told to pick out some dresses I would like to try and they would pull some for me as well. I was unsure of what style I wanted, being my first wedding and my first time in a bridal shop as a future bride. While I will say the dresses were beautiful, I felt like I was being forced into a certain type of dress. I am a plus size bride, but have over a year before my wedding to tim down. One of the dresses I picked out I didn't even get to try. My sales person told another sales person she could take it for her bride, as we would not be needing it and played it off as if it was no big thing. Of course the other bride fell in love with it and I was unable to try it on, even though I had pulled it first and didn't give permission for it to be put back or taken before I decided if I liked it or not. Like I said before the gowns here were beautiful and I really liked one in particular, however I think I will not be returning because of the bad customer service I received. Just because some brides are plus size does not mean their money spends any different then that of a skinner bride. I left the store crying in my car because I felt I was not allowed to try on everything I wanted to and was forced to do what my sales person wanted. Please note I did ask to see the dress taking away from me and was told, "I don't think you will like it, besides this one flatters you more." Horrible customer service.

love love love!. All I want to say is thank you to Winnie Couture for making my dreams come true. All I ever imagined was to have the most beautiful princess dress for my special day and Winnie Couture created just that. I am so thankful for them.
