BAD JOB BEWARE. I have service"Air-Duct Cleaning" from Mundae Cleaning&Restoration. My house have 14 air- duct come out to every rooms, the technician come out to my house go in to the attic he take out one vent-hole from AC box. then he stick a vacuum hose with out any brush at front of the vacuum hose to clean the entire the air-duct, he let the vacuum hose stay in for about few minute then full it out. From that opening he stick the vacuum hose in to 3 different air-duct close to it and do same thing. I wonder how he can clean my whole house 14 air-duct just like that? (later I find out from different cleaning company, they said what they have to use a right tool, hose vacuum with rotation brush and clean every each air-duct from inside your hose) that is my BAD EXPERIENCE story.

I'm stunned to see positive reviews online for this company. After I purchased a Groupon deal, they walked in the door trying to upsell, despite the fact that I bought a deal for up to three rooms and one hallway, and was only asking them to clean one room and one hallway. The cleaning was spotty and streaky, the worst I've seen, and while I didn't time them I'd be shocked if they spent more than ten minutes on the work. Then they had the nerve to ask me to pay tax in addition to the Groupon I had already paid for. I ran them out of my house and strongly suggest you don't invite them into yours. Sleazy.

I spilled spaghetti all over my Aunt's living room carpet floor when I visited her down in Houston and we called Mundae....They simply own. They cleaned everything up and made it look like it did before I screwed up! I am seriously impressed! They were friendly too and even joked about what a Klutz I am! A+++

We went with Mundae to clean the carpets in a house we were purchasing. When they came, they suggested we upgrade & use a product to eliminate pet odors. We were told that it might not help with the stains, but would eliminate the pet odor. After paying an extra $40 per room (4 rooms), they left and the odor was just as bad as before they came.

I called them several times after to discuss the fact that the product they up-sold did not do what was described. They asked to have the opportunity to return & clean the carpets again, however we made the decision to replace the carpets instead. I asked repeatedly to speak with the manager and was told several times that he was either out or on the other line. I was told that he would return my call, however he never did.

I understand some stains & smells cannot be removed. However, the terrible customer service is inexcusable.

The Most Professional Service in Town!. I always check the BBB website online before choosing a company. Mundae had the best rating so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Mundae carpet and air duct cleaning deserves a five star rating all the way from the customer service to the crew on the field. I was treated so nice from the moment I picked up the phone and called to get a quote to the moment the job was completed. I will highly recommend using Mundae to all.

waiting game, no drop off/pick up & false delivery times. My rug was picked up on December 8th, it's now December 27th. I know, I know, holiday's are hectic, however, I was quoted a 5-7 day timeline when it was picked up. I've been waiting patiently... after 2 weeks I've had to be the one persuing the drop off time/date, rather than them coordinating it with us, also, we were told they were going to deliver it during a time that WE had not scheduled, which makes me think they just decided to make up a date to make it seem like they were on the ball. Not sure who's in charge, no one gave me that information when I asked, there's no way I can go pick up my rug, nor is there a way to drop it off which I find strange.

All around it's been a frustrating experience, I will post another review to let you know when we recieve the rug and whether it looks great...hopefully it does considering all the other reviewers thought this service was nearly 5 stars. :/ ?

Best experience in carpet cleaning service so far!. I have used different carpet cleaning companies in the past, so far Mundae has been the best. I give them five stars for great customer service, excellent cleaning equipment and very professional uniformed stuff. From the moment I picked up the phone and called them to the moment the Mundae crew completed the work Mundae Services Company deserves nothing but five stars. I will highly recommend using them.

Exellent Tile cleaning job.. The Mundae crew made my living room and kitcken tile look like new. I am very satisfied with the customer service form the moment I picked up the phone and made the cleaning appointment to the moment I was paying for the great job. I will Use them again.

horrible. The first time they were great. A bit rushed, but they did the job. Then the 2nd time they were way to pushy on the upgrades, and one staff member was way too flirty (only because the guy was trying to get me to purchase the air duct cleaning...pathetic). Will never call again. Using BBB. He is friendly, nice, and professional.
