Great wax... Interesting customer service. First of all I want to say that I've been to Just Wax It before and absolutely loved it! I've recommended the place to all my friends. Recently I returned and was a little disgruntled at the customer service I experienced simply because I just bragged about how amazing it was during my first visit.

During my first wax I was with Dana and she was amazing unfortunately she no longer works there. When I booked my appt. I asked if I could have someone with good experience, she assured me that all of their employees were well trained.

When I arrived the girl at the front desk seemed extremely bored like she didn't want to be there and led me to the room. I found out she was giving me my wax and I just thought to myself 'Oh no'. To be honest she wasn't very friendly and kept telling me what I've been doing wrong and why it's going to hurt this time.

The wax was fine, I can handle most pain. But she didn't even use the oil to MAKE SURE there was no left over wax on my skin. Trust me there is nothing worse than going to the bathroom later and finding a surprise piece of wax somewhere.

When I came to the front counter she barely even acknowledged me and continued speaking to her co workers. I was trying to tip her and she didn't even care. She was in fact a little rude to me, maybe because I had the living social deal, I'm not sure. When she ignored me when I offered the tip... I didn't even want to tip her anymore.

Luckily there was someone next to her that was so much warmer to me and offered me a bottle of water after I paid the tip and left.

To be honest I'm very dissapointed , I brag about just wax it all the time and I'm completely shocked at the customer service I recieved. I still recommend this place for an Amazing and as painless as possible wax BUT if this was my first wax at Just Wax It, I would more than likely not return. Hopefully my next visit I will have someone much better. I heard good things about Mendy.

Best Brazilian Wax, Service and Atmosphere!. Mendy and Blue have made me a customer for life! I had my first 2 Brazilian waxes with Mendy. They were as painless (as a wax could be) and her work was outstanding. Mendy made me feel comfortable, welcome and completely at ease. I laughed throughout all 3 waxes. You must come to Just Wax It to have the hard blue wax they use. I used Groupon to try what I thought was a less expensive wax - worst decision I could have ever made. I walked out before it was even finished and ran straight to Just Wax It and explained to Mendy what happened, and she worked me in ASAP with Blue. Blue was just as great as Mendy, and had me comfortable and relaxed in no time. Blue and Mendy saved me from a very strange 3rd anniversary gift to my husband! I was surprised when I went to pay and realized their prices were better than the horrid wax 'spa' place I had just come running from. Just Wax It is the place to go for first timers and regulars. I hope that first timers who have had bad experiences will give the Brazilian wax a second chance with Mendy's team. Between the hard blue wax, the employees, the atmosphere and actual wax, you cannot get any better than Just Wax It!

Just Wax It. I liked this place. Rachel did a great job. I went back for my 2nd visit and I was informed that Rachel was no longer there. Im so disappointed. If anyone knows where Rachel went, please post it here.

FIRST TIME COmpletely PAinlesss. It was my first one ever, and I looked at every salon and read reviews all I heard where horror stories except here. I read all the reviews when I went I asked for Mindy and she was completely painless and chatty which helped take my mind off waht was going on. It was so surprisisng that i thought it was going to be painfuly but I was surprised again that it was only a minor sting not totally burning sensation. I ended loving the end product of the process. I will make this my only place for my brazilian wax. I love it.

Highly Recommend Just Wax It. I have been looking for awhile now to find a clean, comfortable and good place for my brazilian wax. Many places made me feel very uncomfortable and they did a really bad job at my waxing needs. After searching and searching I have found my home at Just Wax It. I will NEVER go anywhere else and Dena is the absolute best!

The BEST place for Wax!!!!. Ladies .... when you need it to get a wax - "Just Wax It" is the way to go. Mendy is owner and her staff are the best at putting you at ease and getting you the final result you want.
