I've been to Medispa Institute seven times over the past two months and feel more than confident in recommending their services, especially their facials and Med-Lite laser treatments. When I started the appointments in mid-June, my medium brown skin was very clogged and had many areas of hyperpigmentation. Now I rarely get a pimple and my skin is dramatically more even-toned. (Please note, the Med-Lite laser is amazing! SO glad there is now a laser for darker skin!) Also, Mykel, Mai and their staff are very friendly. They listened to my concerns and prescribed the right course of treatments for me. Fortunately, they took pictures to document the progress and in my earlier photos I look like a completely different person. The difference is that dramatic. I'm leaving Houston to return to grad school for the fall, but am already looking forward to future visits during winter break. HIGHLY recommended!

Beauty and Brains. One of Dr. Pham's friends from college told me how Dr. Pham had invented this miracle cream. I had always wanted to go to his office and check it out.

Then, I met Dr. Pham's partner, Mai, at a party. She looks young and does not look "plastic". She's always smiling and loves life...I think she knows the secret to beauty.

I would ask for Mai and try to go during the week.

Lipodissolve with ultrasound is the best!. I've been wanting to get rid of some fat on my tummy, but it's not enough to do liposuction, and very frankly, I don't want surgery. I went to FIG to get a consultation for lipodissolve but they wanted $6000 for my abs and love handles. Now, I'm not that overweight. I just have a bit of flab. I weigh about 160 and I am 5'6", I wear a size 8. So my friend told me about the Medispa Institute, where she does her hair removal. She said I should check it out. Their prices were reasonable (about 1/2 price from Fig) and I got 12 months 0 percent financing, but I was a bit scared at first. I just wanted to try my lower abs to see what happened before trying everything. The staff nice, they encouraged me to wait and see and assured me I would be happy with the results. It's been about 5 days since my first session, and I am truly amazed. My flab is less flabby. My tummy is flatter, I swear!! I keep on looking at myself in the mirror in amazement. And it wasn't bad at all. The injections were a bit uncomfortable and I had some slight swelling and achiness for several days but they said I should expect it and that it just means that it's working. I think the ultrasound totally helps. I can't wait to do my upper abs and love handles and I'm already pre-approved so I'm going in again next week to do the rest. I was skeptical, but it totally works! Can't wait to try on my skinny jeans when this is done!

Lightning fast tattoo removal!. I got a coupon in the mail advertising tattoo removal for $39 per inch and thought I'd take a chance and try out this place. I have a small tattoo on my arm that I've wanted to get removed for a long time but I couldn't afford it (other places quoted me between $300 and $350 per session). I am so happy I found the coupon!! The procedure was very fast, and a bit painful but not bad at all. They gave me anesthetic and ice, so a few hours after the first session I was back to normal. The staff were friendly and professional put completely put me at ease. They even showed me a quick video of a tattoo being removed and before and after pictures. The best part is the price. My tattoo is 3 inches so it is only costing me $117 per session(about 1/3 of the price of the other places I called) , and since my tattoo is fairly faded they said it might just take a 2-3 more sessions!! I can already see the results after one session!

The whole experience was a pleasure!. Exccellent experience...the whole experience was a pleasure. Knowledgable and friendly staff. I had the laser hair removal for my underarms and absolutely LOVE the results. The associate took her time explaining the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Actually, now I plan to get more areas treated! Highly recommended!
