These Guys are THE BEST!!!!!. My wife and I had a major overhaul done to our backyard. I'm talking "Extreme Makeover Yard Edition." After several bids it was very clear this was the company we wanted to work with. From the beginning Dave, the owner, listened to our needs and desires and proceeded to create a plan. The design blew us away. It was obvious he put a lot of thought into his work. This was a major job and once work began it was completed in about 2 1/2 weeks. To say we were pleased is an understatement. It is absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations. In addition, the crew Daniel, Cameron, and Chris were wonderful. They were very respectful, hardworking, and answered any and all of our concerns. It is refreshing these days to come across a company of this caliber. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we highly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping services.

Horrible Customer Service and Treatment. We called this company to give us a bid on widening our driveway. Asked them to come out and start the work and they came out the following week to start work. The work was not what we agreed on and only half as wide as we originally wanted. I told one of the workers what we wanted done and when I came back outside he was gone.

Called the owner and was told the profit margin was not enough for this project and he would pass on the job.

If you plan on spending a large amount of money then maybe you would get treated better than we were. Was a huge waste of our time and the owner was very rude.

Too many other landscaping companies around than to try your luck with these guys.

Truly Wonderful. Oh, I could not have been more pleased with what they have done for my yard! I'm getting older now and am having trouble caring for my yard as I used to. They came in and planted some beautiful flowers in my flower beds and also put a very nice Magnolia tree in my front yard. The customer service was really great too! Often, companies will take advantage of the fact that I'm a little old lady and I won't get treated fairly, but Natural Escapes was very, very nice and listened to what I wanted. I was treated with respect and given very fair pricing. They did everything as they said they would, and even finished early! Such nice people in this company! I've already told all my friends and neighbors how impressed I am with their services and I will be calling them again for more services!

Wonderful Service!. My name is Ron and my wife and I live in Montgomery, Texas. I just wanted to let you all know that Natural Escapes was a very pleasant company to work with. I had them lay down pavers in my driveway and around my pool, and add some landscaping around the pool. The result I got was a night and day difference from what I had before. Before my driveway was gravel, and around my pool was just cement - Boring! Now my driveway is filled and lined with pavers that match the brick in my house and it looks incredible! The pavers and landscaping around my pool is something I would expect to see at a resort! I was very impressed to find out that they were going to draw a design for me for free, and when I saw it, it was EXACTLY what I wanted - and more. They really have a great eye for what they are doing and know precicely how to make everything 'your style'. I was blown away and would definitely recommend this company to everyone. They were very organized, they did everything in a very timely manner were very competetive in pricing and I am more than pleased with their work. Thank you Natural Escapes! We can't wait to show it off!

Amazing Work!. I had a Natural Escapes Designer come out and give me an estimate on putting in a ton of plants/flowers and trees, as well as a fountain in my backyard. They did a really great job explaining the breakdown and pricing of everything they were planning to do for me, and were very attentive to what I wanted for my landscape. I worked with Dave, and he drew up an incredible design for my yard. It incorporated, hands-down, the best ideas for my yard to utilize the space I have. All of the employees that came out were very nice and very considerate of the rest of my property. I am very pleased with the results and am planning more services with them soon. Great company, amazing, couldn't have been more pleased!
