I'm a shocked at the reviews on here! I have been going to Realis for a few years now, and have always been happy with my treatments. I had not been in for about 6 months, and was very happy to come back to what seemed to be a "refreshed" office. Everyone seemed upbeat and happy, almost as if they "cleaned house"- by that I mean got rid of the bad people that worked here before. I've had botox, light peels, and massages here... I always leave feeling like I look better!

Realis Medical Spa has offered me some great deals.They have a fantastic lady, Lorraine, who is an expert injectionist for dermal fillers & other products. She is a very professional and compassionate lady. She really takes care not to hurt you at all while injecting. She is very knowledgeable about her products and she knows her job very well. The staff is very nice and always provide good information on their specials. I am going to continue to do business with Realis Medical Spa. Thank you all for being so nice and professional to me. RUDE, UNWELCOMING, won't ever go back!. Several days ago, I walked into this spa and not one person even looked at me or said hello. Granted, I did not have an appointment, but the woman I spoke with at the counter acted as if I was intruding on what ever she was doing on the computer. I was treated very rudely and felt as if i was just a "bother" to her. I assumed she was a new receptionist, but I was wrong, She was the mananger!

I walked out feeling very disappointed because I had heard the women that do the services there are friendly, and fabulous at what they do.

I would never recommend this spa, no matter what anyone says.

laser hair removal. I have had one session of laser hair removal on my lower legs, and I can already see a difference. The woman who did the procedure was well-experienced and knowledgeable. I met the doctor when I was there, and he seemed personable and qualified. I look forward to additional laser treatments as well as additional procedures.

Staffed with attitude. I went for a heavily promoted open house today. The lobby was small, staff harried and for the number of employees there, they were unable to do anything but administer Botox.

Dr. McClendon seems like a very nice doctor. He has some great lasers for fat reduction and knows what he's doing. If I were in the market for Zeltiq or LipoEX laser treatment, I would return strictly for his expertise.

But I'm not. I only need the occasional Botox, micro derm, IPL laser, etc. And therein lies the real problem. The dang staff. I can forgive forms with glaring type-o's, no elbow room and a disaster in lack of organization. What I can't forgive is when I'm forking over hundreds of dollars to a nurse that's acting bitchy. Even worse is that 2 others had the same 'tude. What the heck?

I prefer to do business with friendly people, like myself. Smart employees at those places know that if they aren't in a good mood, strong business acumen dictates for them to fake it. Noone can tell the difference and the customers still feel loved and want to return. Got it?

The icing on the cake was the charge slip. It has a space for a tip. Lord have mercy. It's bad enough that I have to drop 20% on the slew of hairdressers, food servers, skycaps and such. Am I to assume that these people want me to tip my medical providers. Really?

Even without the bitchiness, that will never happen. The upside is that the doctor is qualified. The downside is that the staff need to be more friendly.

EXCELLENT MED SPA. I have had the microdermabrasion, Botox, and acid/ chemical peel done at Realis. The microderm cleaned out my skin, pores and age spots. It gave me a fresh, new, and younger look. The Botox injections lasted much longer than I expected and even helped with my migraines. I was very, very pleased.

Best Medical Spa around!. I had a microdermabrasion done at Realis Medical Spa and it left my face feeling soft and wonderful. The clogged pores around my nose were even gone, and I haven't been able to get rid of them in the past. I was very pleased. The customer service was truly excellent. Each of my specific questions were accommodated without sales pressure. It was a wonderful experience.

Amazing medical spa experience. I had a facial done at Realis Medical Spa while my stepmom was getting the LipoDissolve, a new fat reduction treatment (injections, lunchtime procedure). The service was awesome. My facial was very gentle and my face looks great. My stepmom has already lost 2 dress sizes and she looks amazing. I have had several facials in the past and this was by far one of the best. I was very happy with my facial, as well as my stepmom with her new great figure!
