Will not honor Gift Certificate/Horrible Customer Service. 1.The wait was very long when I sent in my mother for her special day after one hour of waiting she left.

2.Spoke to the owner and she told me she will not honor a gift certificate from my husband for my birthday. New ownership is sorry... The owner told me to call the last owner. Why do I as a client do I need to call someone else???? When I called the previous owner on his cell phone he told me when the new owner purchased the salon she was to honor the Gift Certificates. I wonder how many other customers she has done this to.. Reported them to the BBB.

WOW It's Awesome!. V Salon will make you look and feel great.... The customer service is the best and the quality of the work in A++++ I took several friends with me and we had a great time...... Try it, you'll like it!

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. You got to try this, its a fantastic place. The women are beautiful and the service is unbelievable. I love V Salon so much I go there for everything from haircuts to massage. Its a MUST! Nik

Guys have got to try this!. Hey Guys, you/ve gotta try this. Great haircut, excellent service, very good massage... Heck, they pamper you like you were a king. I loved it. And I got to watch a bowl game while I got my hair cut. Sweet!
