I hired Mike's Limo for a short routine trip to IAH from my home in the Heights. Upon making the reservation, Mike accepted and confirmed my location in the Heights by stating the cross streets and parallel streets. He then confirmed a 640am pickup time for my 750am flight. The driver called me 15 minutes late stating that he has lost. Nobody has ever had any issue finding my house before. It is clearly in map quest, Google, and a standard Houston map located in one of the oldest Houston neighborhoods. For a limo service, I find this to be quite unacceptable. My wife ended up driving me to the airport where I almost missed my flight and she was late to work. Thanks to the driver Jay and to Mike for hiring someone incompetent. And now for the icing on the cake, I left several unreturned messages from Mike. I would have thought that at least an apology would be in order.

Mike's Limo was a great help in handle a big party of mines with short notice job well done.His driver were very professional and cars ,SUV were clean,on time and knowledgeable
