Everyone was very helpful and my room was on the 9th floor, with the view of the west; over the park, toward Rice was splendid. Loved the transparent glass sink and the excellent shower.

This was our first experience with Zaza. We were more than impressed. The service was outstanding ine very area. The staff at Monarch, the poolside service, the shuttle service, and the front desk were exceptional. Customer service was perfect. Hotel Zaza has our loyalty. We will recommend to friends. Thanks!

Michael, the manager, sorted all issues related to initial room allocation and internet issues. Very comfortable hotel. Food was excellent. Staff was very approachable and always seeking to help. Design and artwork reminds me of the Mandeville Hotel in London, but Zaza beats it, hands down.

Wonderful vacation because of Zaza! Danny the driver has to put up with my rude, drunk friend, but he was exceptionally professional under the circumstances.

Great stay for anniversary. Thanks for the champagne and strawberries. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy lounging by the pool. Hope that they continue the package deals. it made the stay well worth it and my friends are interested now.

The staff, especially in the lounge and the lady that cleaned my room, were outstanding. The woman at the front desk was also very helpful and accommodating a few times when I had some questions.

Everyone was attentive. The concierge were always helpful even when they were busy. We stayed here for a leisure stay.
