Great Sandwhich too fast service. I went to Potbelly’s a couple of days ago. I ha never been to one but I heard it had great sandwiches. We went for lunch and since I had never been there I needed a moment to look over the menu to see what I wanted.

Apparently they take it very seriously that you get your lunch fast and seed through the line, me being new to it did not understand why I was not allowed to peruse the menu without feeling like I was stopping the world. I did not care about getting my food in record time I wanted to see what each sandwich had to offer.

Now once I got through the line and received my food it was great. We sat outside and relaxed with great tasting food. I just wish I would have known about the speed ordering prior to arriving, I probably would not have been so irritated about being shoved through the line.

All 'round excellent quality and service. I've ordered catered "Full Belly" lunches for our Galleria office from the Uptown Park location three times now. We are impressed with consistent quality and quantity, helpful phone service, dependable online ordering, on-time delivery. Chad understands Customer Service and is top of everything - the kind of employee Any company would love to have. If you haven't ordered from Potbelly Sandwich Works (especially this location), be assured that you'll be pleased with your order.

best sandwich. This place has the best sandwich I have ever had!!!!! The staff is great. Everyone needs to try a sandwich from Potbelly, especially with the peppers. I go at least twice a week. My boyfriend says I am obsessed! He loves it too though!
