The Best Pilates in town. Sculpt, hands down, has the best pilates program in Houston and the best instructors. They take the time to teach to all levels and make it challenging for all. I love going and always look forward to the next time.

Love it!. I love going to Sculpt! The workouts are addictive and the trainers are great. Facility is awesome and very clean. They are always on top of what is the latest and greatest.

Viva Pilates.
There are gyms and there are gyms, there are trainers and there are trainers,there are workouts and there are workouts, but rarely do you get great gyms with great trainers and great workouts. At Sculpt you will find all three and then some.

Great Energy. Sculpt has great energy throughout. What great ambiance! I know this might sound silly, but I especially love the eclectic bathrooms upstairs. The staff is among the most knowledgeable I have come across. Well done Heather.

Absolutely wonderful. My wife and I recently started training at Sculpt. The gym is magnificent as are both the private and group Pilates areas and classes.

I love my workouts. Sculpt reminds so much of the studio that I belonged to in LA. It's hard to find small upscale studios in the Houston area. The workouts are great!

Go Team Sculpt !!!. Can't say enough about Team Sculpt. I love Heather, Eran, Allie, Greer, Kristen, Maria and Claudia. Thank you so much for motivating me and helping me finally get back in shape. I still have a way to go, but I know Sculpt will get me there. I am really looking forward to Eran's water aerobics classes this summer. You guys are awesome !!!!

Experts at work.
I am a Health Freak. I eat the right food, drink the right drinks and excercise regularly, but I do all this as an amateur. I then decide to seek professional help and found it at Sculpt.
The Studio has expert trainers at every one of the varied equipment that dot its floor and a pool and sauna to match.
The other thing that struck me is the trendy clientel who are at the same time very congenial.
I couldn't have asked for a better place to pursue my passion.

Best Place to Stay Fit. Not often do I write a review about anything online, let alone a fitness studio. But for Sculpt, I just can't resist it. There is no other place in Houston that you can find the most advance and state of the art fitness equipments; along with a trainer that know what he/she is doing. The personal and one on one training is just unbelievable. If you are serious about staying fit, I strongly urge you to visit this place. Great job Sculpt. Keep up the good work. Simon
