Terrible Company. They do not stand behind their awful work. I even spoke to General Manager and it is the whole company. They just do not stand behind their product. I feel disgraced that the owner uses the Texas A&M name when ABC has no integrity.
I feel scammed. I am a good person. I
take care of my disabled mother. She use to go to an outpatient clinic during the day and brought home bedbugs. We spent $2500 for the heat treatment as this is suppose to be the best treatment. It failed and bed bugs came back. ABC even brought out their dog and the dog didn't detect the bedbugs. I cannot help but think its all a scam. When I called ABC to see if they would stand behind their work, they sent out a representative and tried to convince me that my mother brought them back into the house again. She is home-bound and I am her only source of transportation. She stopped going to her outpatient clinic before we called ABC the first time. What they are saying is ridiculous. They just took my disabled mothers money and ran with it.
Do not trust them! BUYER BEWARE!

with this company! All these tips that state how much they love and respect this company must all be from people who were paid to write good reviews of their company in websites like citysearch and yelp.
We had an ant problem which is why we called for their services. It was only in 2 of our restrooms. A guy came out every other month to spray it and then leave. It was a different guy each time, and their customer service skills were poor. There were times when they didn't come when they were supposed to, took forever to make an appt, over charging us, etc. after our contract ended, we decided not to renew it. Now our ant problem is BACK! Get this, now the ants are in every room of the house. How does this happen?! I feel like we were somehow screwed over. It's insane. Had they took the time to actually care and actually eliminate and prevent the issue, we wouldn't be in this situation right now. All they care about is the money they'll get from you. I will not hesitate to tell/blog/advertise everyone I know how crappy this company's service is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR LISTEN TOYHE FOOLS THAT SAID THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL BECAUSE THEY'RE PROBABLY BEING PAID BY THESE SCAMMERS TO WRITE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!
Thes folks are shady folks. The owner says they can do all these services, but he doesnt hold those licenses in areas outside of pest control. He sub-contracts it to anyone with the cheapest rates. Thats not service thats just using a phone book and passing the buck. Try to get a call back from one of their sub-contractors they use. What a clown! I wont ever use them again. To the bald guy on t.v. saying we care about you and your home is a bald faced lie and you know it. Greed is all these guys are about. When I called them out, they told me to find another service provider. Thats what they do when they got caught trying to screw me over. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THESE GUYS!!!!!!!
We were directed to ABC from our pest
control service after suspecting that my husband may have brought bed bugs back to our home from a business trip. Very few pest companies do bed bug inspections and treatment so our pest company directed us to one that could.
The exterminator did a very brief examination, flipping only our bed, the top mattress, not the box spring, and did not do a thorough examination of the outlets, window ledges or the bed sheets that were all nearby. He looked at my husband's suitcase and suspected a shell of a bug that it could have shed but rolled it up and tossed it before I could get a look at it or could put in a bag for further examination. I had a few bug bites on my arm, but I was the only one in the family that had this. I stated that we recently had concrete poured and construction in our backyard, could it have been sand fleas from the sand prior to concrete, or spider bites from the disturbance of the ground from the construction? He said what I had was definitely bed bugs (again, no one else in my family had it, and for days after suspecting my bites could have been that and sleeping on the couch, my husband continued to sleep in the bed and had no bites, we saw no feces or bug evidence...remember, his "expertise" was that my bites, which could have been multiple things, and a possible shell, which he disposed of before I could see it, was evidence we had bed bugs.)
Without examining our other 4 beds and doing a foot measurement of the outside of our house (did not have the proper wheel to measure square footage, or a measuring tape to measure the rooms) he stated that we would have to have a heat treatment of the entire house and pushed that it needed to be done as soon as possible. During this time, we called another company that did not charge for initial examination and they came to inspect the home. He flipped all 4 mattresses and box springs, inspected bedding, took outlet covers off and inspected inside, did an amazing thorough investigation. Nothing! We didn't have it. I called ABC thankfully in time, before the day that they were going to heat treat my home, possibly damaging it, for nothing, and cancelled. When I inquired why, if bites and a possible shell, was the only evidence he found, would they suggest heat treatment (a $4,000 cost) would be the first thing to do before a dog inspection ($125 cost) or more thorough investigation, they said that just wasn't their process (well of course not, I said, who would pass up a chance to make $4000...it's just enough to make a profit for them and not enough for us to pursue action against them for false claims and fraud!) She was speechless and apologized but said that their dog couldn't come out until the middle of the next month anyway. When I cancelled it all and hung up, she called less than a minute later to say that the dog could be there in a few days to confirm we had bed bugs. Uh, sorry lady, no thanks! Of course during all of this, they went ahead and charged our credit card for $4000+, holding the payment for 2 weeks, and when I called, oh of course it would be refunded in a few business days.
Get another opinion...there's a reason why there is an ABC commercial every hour on the hour, those cost money and they're good at making it off of us through false scare tactics.
Worst pest company!!.
First, I had a contract with them for every three months and to be billed. When I asked for them to come out for sugar aunts on the second month, they did. I end up getting billed for 96 dollars and when I called them to asked what was this charge for. They said it was for them coming out and they changed my contract without my consent for every two months. In my original contract it says between the three months I am allowed free services for them to come out for any problems. I refused to pay the amount and they sent it to a collections agency.
Overall, the service is horrible, they don't live up to the contract, and I feel that they shouldn't have to come out every three months. If they spray right then they should have only come out every 6 months or once a year.

Well ABC Home and Commercial Services is a joke if you ask me! I was one of their employee's that they just used as cheap labor! I was in training working for the company and had completed all my training classes online 2-3 weeks early, always 30 minutes early to work, and did the majority of my class work on my own time. My last full day I was out with my manager who told me I was doing great and that I will be good at this job and would have my own route in less then a week. Then the very next day I was let go.
I asked the general manager why I was let go and I got the reply "I don't have to give a reason why" I understand you don't but that is very unprofessional if you ask me. Then when I went to turn in my uniforms and other items I was told by the HR representative that the reason I was let go was "Because you appeared exhausted at the end of one of your training days two weeks ago and we don't feel that you can handle the work load" This was never communicated to me until then.
Also their technicians like to skip procedures for example some won't dust weep holes, a manager used her own combination of chemicals because she ran out of the proper chemical while out on her route, and technicians would talk about how the customers are just hearing things and then open there eyes and find trapped animals...
Just overall a horrible company to work for or get service from!!!
Worst Pest control company. I used this company for my pest control needs: roaches, termite, etc. They charged a very high initial price but the treatment never worked. The pests were never eliminated. They responded and came out each time you called them, but IT NEVER WORKED! I had to end up calling them back each week but it was useless. Then they still charged you a monthly additional fee even though the pests were NEVER eliminated!
Very honest and knowledgable. The technician today observing grass issue is Brent Weikel/Supervisor. He was very honest and knowledgable about my grass problem. Thanks for the tips. If I need further help, you're the first to call.
