SAME DAY SERVICE. i called late in the afternoon trying to get someone to clean my carpet i really didn't think that they would come out that late but they did. they did a real good job and i will use them in the future. the price was very reasonable also. thanks.

totally awesome. moved furniture, cleaned carpet, removed stains and it was all done at a reasonable price. i must say i have been over paying for carpet cleaning for years now i have a reliable company that only needs a one day notice before they come out. the technicians were all in uniform and i was told over the phone the names of the guys that would be coming out to service my house just in case i had any questions or concerns. thanks guys you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!

30 minutes early. being in the military we have to always be on time. so this was a big plus with me. they arived thirty minutes early and did a outstanding job. there was a large clorox and bleach stain that was in my carpet for several months that they could not get out. they do not charge for stain removal even though they spent about twenty minutes trying. so no harm no foul. but overall i was very pleased with my service.

LAST MINUTE. I CALLED R & R CARPET CLEANERS AT AROUND 7PM ON SATURDAY I NEEDED TO HAVE MY CARPET CLEANED BECAUSE I WAS HAVING COMPANY OVER ON SUNDAY. THEY WERE ALREADY BOOKED FOR THE DAY BUT WHEN I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE OWNER HE CAME OUT PERSONALLY AND CLEANED MY CARPET AND HE DID A REAL GOOD JOB. THANKS FOR THE LAST MINUTE HELP I WILL REMEMBER THIS FOR FURTURE REFERENCES.

expectations exceeded. the guys went above and beyond the call of duty, they moved my funiture around to clean behind and under and they put it back in place after they were done. they did a good job on my carpet and ask me to inspect the stains they removed to ensure i was happy. i was also told to call them after the carpet dries just to be sure the stain did not reappear because that has happen to me before with another company. overall i would recommend these services to anyone looking for good service.

one pleasant experience. as a consumer i was very pleased to find a company that talks the talk and walks the walk. they delivered what they promised me over the phone good carpet cleaning at a reasonable price. the friendly service along with the money back guarantee sold me on this company. the fact that it is a local family owned company is a plus because if there were every any problems i feel that it would be resolved fairly quickly.

REAL PROFESSIONALS. these are really good carpet cleaners with very affordabe prices. i was quoted a price over the phone and the price did not change. they gave honest recommendations on additional services but were not pushy sales people. i recommed this company to anyone wanting reliable carpet cleaning.

Good professional service. i am very impressed by the knowledge and skill level of the technicians. i use to be a carpet cleaner many years ago and we did not receive the ongoing training this company seems to get. the carpet looks and feels very fresh and it dried fairly quickly. they also had no problems moving around furniture without my help. i just want to thank the guys for a job well done.
