I am a first time customer who after reading reviews thought I'd give this company a try and am I glad I did. Robert was very prompt and professional, the quality of work was amazing and I paid the exact price that I was quoted over the phone. I will definitely do business with this company again and recommend to all of my family and friends. Thanks to R&R and Robert for a wonderful experience.

review for R&R carpet cleaning..
Robert is friendly and explained over the phone the prices and options. Came on time, and didn't tell me "you need an upgrade, it will cost you more". Price was just what he had told me. He didn't charge extra because the size of two big rooms.
The carpet wasn't very dirty, so it was not a difficult job to do. I was satisfied, and if I need to clean again I will call him again.
Oh, and he could come the next day after I called, so no long waiting.

Great customer service & pleasant personality. If you are looking for someone who has great customer service and has a pleasant personality call Robert. I have used services before and felt like I was robbed after being serviced. He is upfront and honest with his prices. I plan to use him for life.

Great service.
We needed to get our apartment cleaned, and did some search online. After reading reviews of multiple services i decided to call R&R since they were close to where we live. And let me tell you, I don't regret my choice! Robert arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He assessed the rooms and got down to business. After two hours our carpet looked really nice. He even helped move our bed! I'll definitely have no problems providing him referrals and i'll soon have him over again!
Good job! Call him and you won't regret it.

Very professional and a great helping attitude!.
Very good carpet cleaning service. I have 5 pooches and my living room was dirty with urine odors. This guy took his time to clean everything. Didn't rush at all. He even helped me clean 2 dog crates! I was looking for ECO-friendly cleaner mainly coz I am eco-consious and want a HEALTHY home environment for myself and my pooches. I was so happy to find r&r and Richard offered me a GREAT PRICE that NO ONE can beat. I live in a small townhome with carpeted stairs and he took his time and cleaned everything in 1.5 hrs. That told me he was not in a rush to just come and clean and take the money and leave!
I already gave him 2 referrals and would give him more. Will definitely be using his service again!

Amazing Service. Robert was there on time and did an amazing job, he even came back the next day free of charge to make sure the stains came out to my satisfaction. I strongly suggest using R&R for your carpet cleaning needs, I know I will not call anyone else!

GREAT SERVICE AND RESULTS. Arrived right on time and was quick to get started. The service was very quick. I got a bedroom and closet done in less than 45 min. The results were great it looked as if my carpet was brand new and the smell was great. Best of all the price was better than other out there!

Excellent job - A+.
I had a little accident with my puppy and needed someone to clean up the stain on my mattress. After doing some research online and calling up a few providers I ended up choosing R&R cleaners as their price was more than 50% less than others. Then I was pleasantly surprised at just how flexible they were regarding timing, next thing I knew 4 hrs later my mattress was spotless. They even cleaned out some of the older stains which I thought were on it for good!!
All in all - great job, will call them back for my carpet clean in the future!
