Decent. Read the first review here on Citysearch and ventured to try out the restaurant, since it's the "best Chinese food in the U. S."

As you walk through the main door, you'll see a B.B.Q stand on the far right corner in front of you, where they sell takeout BBQ to customers. There are not many tables in the restaurant, but most of the occupied tables are full with people, family style.

Like many other Chinese restaurants, Jade Garden also offers set dinners for customers' convenience. We ordered one of those set dinners. The food quality is decent, and taste is on the light side. There's plenty of food for everybody at the table.

As for services, it's decent, considered the size of the restaurant and the number of tables the wait staff is responsible for.

While I give the restaurant a 4-stars rating, meaning I would recommend it to friends and family, I wouldn't be eager to go back for their unmemorable set dinners. This Jade Garden Cantonese restaurant in Sugarland, TX is a decent restaurant for family gathering.

Citysearch Editorial Review. Popular for its dim sum, this small Cantonese restaurant in Sugarland's Chinatown is usually busy with big families.

Best Chinese Food in the United States. Not your typical Chinese Restaurant! Not only is it the best quality food I've ever had in a Chinese Restaurant, but they have exceptional service. The owners visit the tables and are very friendly. I highly recommend Jade Gardens to all my friends and family.
