I have take 2 of my cars to Hagen's Automotive in the last 2 years. With the first car, I have to admit that I was skeptical. i was told by the manager that i would need an transmission rebuild. This was bad news to me, as I had just had work done on my transmission 6 months before. The service manager was very understanding, took many calls from me, and walked through why the transmission had failed, and what my options were. He also explained to me that Hagens may not be the cheapest around, but that they would always stand by their work... and they have. We had the transmission rebuilt, and had a few problems about 5 months later. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning, and got it back the next morning... it has been over a year now, and no problems at all. I am so pleased with their work, that i would recommend them to anyone. They aren't the cheapest, but do you really want cheap work when it comes to your vehicle??

We have used this car repair facility for over 12 years. The new owners, Hagens, are as great as the previous owners, Honest Engine. Recently, we took both of our vechicles in for check-ups. They found nothing wrong with either vechicle, told us so, and did not charge us anything for the truck (since we are long time customers).....AND we only got a charge for the car because we had asked them to see why it was idling too fast. They replaced the needed part, the labor was more than fair, and no extra charges for her check-up. They had the car ready to be picked-up later that same day. We do not take our cars to anyone else. We are the kind of people who baby their cars, and drive them for years and years. My last car, I drove for 14 years (El Camino). The one I am driving now is a 1999 (Mustang). I only trust my babies to Hagens. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly to me, they treat women with respect and courtesy. That is not something easily found in this industry. You will not regret taking your car to Hagens.
