Fire all of your staff and start over... Seriously. First time visit = last time visit. I am a huge fan of thrift & resale shops but I've never felt so uncomfortable inside a store. All of the employees are rude. I came in hoping to trade in my NB clothes for some 3-6 month clothes. They told me that they couldn't take most of my stuff before even looking at it first. Most of the things I had were brand spanking new!! Tags and all!! My son just grew out of NB way too fast and some of the things I had were jackets that he never wore (due to the mild winter) I asked politely if they'd at least look and with a little persistence they did. Turned out they didn't want to take everything, which was completely fine with me - but when I asked about donating them - the lady said, “well, you can put the clothes outside by the trashcan”!!! Are you kidding me!? A lot of money went into purchasing the clothes I had and most were BRAND NEW... did she really think I was going to throw them away?? Holy crap! I'm rambling now but that store really needs reconsider their staff!!

way too crowded to shop here and the store is a mess. Clothes are too tight to shop through and the employees are very rude.

One of my favorites. Great store. I have been there on several occasions and I come back with a ton of stuff for my daughter. It takes some time to go through all of the clothes and shoes, but the store is very organized. The store has a variety of brands that are very well priced .

My daughter also loves to go to this store with me because they have a child's area where they have a few toys and a movie always playing.

This store is super affordable and the staff is always friendly.

Love this place. Ok so with 2 lil Princesses, it gets very expensive! I now shop here! I love this place!! I have found so many Boutique Dresses NEVER worn at rock bottom prices! Everything I get here is NAME BRAND! With original tags still on. I find Gap, Gymboree, Kenneth Cole and tons of Boutique outfits. I never bought a pair of "worn" shoes yet. Patience is the only thing u need when goin to this store. I LOVE this store.

Avoid this place.... I spent a several hours ironing and organizing my daughter's wardrobe from last winter. I laid everything out neatly in sets and brought it into the store. In total there were about 60 pieces of clothing; about 18 pairs of jeans/pants (all gap, old navy, gymboree, crazy 8, CP and levis), at least 12 gymboree sets including top and bottom with matching socks or hair clips, as well as shirts, skirts, sweaters, dresses and pjs; several items from Gymboree and Crazy 8 were new with tags still attached (again, all items name brand - no walmart or target junk). Had to leave them there to give them time to "make me an offer." When I came back they said they "accepted" 55 pieces and offered me $102. Really?!? That is less than $2 for each piece. What a joke. It was absoultely insulting. As I browsed I saw nothing in the ballpark of what I was trying to sell them and everything was ridiculously overpriced. To top it off, everything had been thrown in a bucket and was wrinkled and wadded-up. Upsetting considering the time I took to prepare everything. It took me about 30 minutes to re-sort everything and lay them out flat again when I got home. Don't bother with this place unless you want overpriced junk...

Do a garage sell and really see the value of your clothing. CRAZY 8, GAP, GYMBOREE, used to have great resale value, but as years went by they chose CHEAP fabrics, higher prices, and the end product is what you pay for. Go into every shop in Houston and look at their SALE racks and the investment the shops made that did not sell. Every business owner has to give you an offer. Your choice to take the deal, or walk away, but in a mature, respectful, way.

Great Selection!. I was suprised to find all seasons clothing all year round. I save a bunch of money on ski-wear for the holiday ski-trip. Great service and selection! Got some cash while selling last season items.

check prices before pick!. the store is overload with many many items in, each thing is about the same price as you can buy it new just across the street, AT THE MALL they price the name brand items as regular new stuff some ralph lauren rompers for over $15.00 each pieve when you can buy them new for 12.99 at marshalls, the shoes aver very used, soles are very very used, plus the fat girl there is very mean, i think she is the owner but what ever is she is letting customer go away, some "sale" stuff is marked for one dollar but you can get better stuff at the mall that you are going to get there. be sure to check prices before pick anything,

Selling. I have 3 kids of different ages with lots of toys and clothes. Selling is much easier than doing a garage sale etc. They buy books, toys, Equipment, cribs, childrens furniture and more. It is nice to have a place to go to. What ever they can't take they will donate for you. This is a much better alternative and no appointment is necessary. I understand they can't buy everything. It is nice to know that I have options and can get things cleaned up at the same time. Chances are if they weren't around I would be giving it away anyway. Great concept!

not very smart buyers. I recently took some baby clothes (size ranging from preemie to 18 months) and shoes to the store to resell. Some items were never worn and several only a very few times. After the lady sifted through my things and made her decision to keep what she wanted to resell, I was told the other items were passed on because of "stains, wear and tear." I was not looking to make a fortune but just didn't want to give my things away. I have bought from them before and been satisfied with my purchases but I don't think they are very fair when it comes to buying themselves.

At first theyre great, and then.... We've been regular shoppers at this location for quite some time. Last weekend we decided to sell them some of our gently used items. They gave another woman with some books and other knick nacks over $30.00 for her few items. We purchased a stroller from them months ago and we unknowingly bought it already with a defect. We attempted to sell it back (it being gently used and in otherwise great condition) and they were the first to spot out this defect that we did not know about. They totally ripped us off and I cannot sell this stroller now. Their clothes and other items are outrageously expensive, as much as department stores for certain items.

At least on two separate occasions did we fall in love with an item, usually strollers. It had a price tag on it. Put my child in it, decide to buy. And the clerk tells the other clerk "better put an on hold sign on that item". They are highly unprofessional, unorganized, and down right rip people off when buying items. They want to pay someone a small amount for a very expensive, imported stroller, and then have the nerve to mark it up hundreds of dollars more. Shame on this store!
