Wouldn't send my worst enemy here!. Worst service I have ever had in my entire life! Not only did it take them 10 minutes just to seat us (which they only came over to seat the elderly couple standing behind us but the couple insisted we were seated first) but we actually never even got to try the food. We ended up walking out because after waiting over an hour for our food, that never came, and the entire wait staff ignoring us at all costs we had just had enough. Several people that had come in maybe 15-30 minutes after us already had their food and the elderly couple that was behind us had lunch, dessert and had already left before we walked out. We tried to get multiple waiters to at least approach the table but they would act as if we weren’t even there. When we got up to walk out we went to the counter and told them we were leaving, they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry as if they could care less. I called after we left to let a manager know what happened (of course, no manager there) and was told our order was never put in and they had lost it. Not exactly sure why it took us walking out and then calling after we left to get the truth but the girl I spoke to just made excuse after excuse for their crappy service so it is possible nothing she told me was even true. I have never seen such a crappy wait staff and kitchen I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here.
Lost my appetite!. From the moment my friend and I stepped into the door, unbeknownst to us, the train wreck had begun. From fast food to the finest of restaurants I'd never in my life witnessed such unprofessional service, behavior, and attitude from a waitress and manager. And never did we receive an apology or were reparations offered. Too many things to list but the most outrageous and stunning of the series of events was for the waitress to put blame on us and even implied co-workers for something she was responsible for - waiting and serving us! And as a patron, I certainly don't want to know if there are problems among the staff and operations, which was implied to us by the waitress. As far as the food - who cares, by the time I got it, my friend had finished and I'd lost my appetite!
Best pie, best service, best experience. After reading a negative review I was not to sure about trying this place out but man am I glad I did. The pie choices are endless, cookies, cakes, brownies, cupcakes and breads. Oh my goodness this place is amazing. I will be going back and I will take everyone I know.
Very Poor service. The staff either ignores you or is just plain rude. When we tried to purchase something to go after having eaten a large lunch, they told us, "no, we're closed!" Guess they aren't interested in pleasing the customer or they must make too much money. It was about five minutes after close. Won't go back.
