Cute trendy clothes without the price tag. The name says it all. Be 21 Forever by wearing cute, trendy knockoffs that cost so little, you can really afford to wear that cute dress just once. While there are many locations in the Houston area, the largest being the Houston Pavilions, Memorial City, and Katy Mills, I find that the Memorial City location has the best selection with the best stock and sizes. This is my favorite destination for a few hours of mindless retail therapy that won't break the bank. And I'm just tickled pink whenever I get compliments on my style. "Oh, you like this, really? i got it at Forever 21 for like $10!" Shop and be happy, be 21 Forever.
