worst to better than ever!!. Well at the beginning, they quite unorganised becuse of the new management just took over from Totality Day Spa, but now, so much better, the service are always better-I could say 'personalised service', and the facial and the massage are great, try Mary's, especially her Integrated massage, and Luz, she'll relaxed you with her soothing Swedish massage. Don't forget Micheal, if you prefer male therapist, he's the one. All are pro. They improved, and make me very important!

Best Birthday gift ever. I have only had one spa treatment before and it was not a pleasant experience.... so when I received a gift card for my birthday to Renascence I was a little leery. The staff explained all the services to me in deep detail and they catered to me with extras like champagne and fruit. I was so impressed by the atmosphere and the ambience. I was not rushed and treated like cattle at the other place I went before. It was definitely a different atmosphere from their competitor down the street? Mary, the massage therapist was amazing- by far the most theraputic experience ever. I felt so relaxed upon leaving! I have made a reoccurring appointment for every other week. I bought my mom and my best friend a gift certificate so that I could pay forward one of the best birthday gifts I have ever received! I think that this place is awesome!!!

Don't waste your time or money on this place. I went in for my day at the spa gift card my husband gave me for Valentine's day. First I had to wait, it seemed the staff was so UN-organized. When I finally got started the rooms looked dirty and UN-sanitary. The facial was the worst I've ever had and didn't even last the full hour. As I continued on to my massage the massage therapist made me feel very uncomfortable by making sexually explicit comments. And finally when I went to redeem my gift card it took the front desk over 10 minutes to figure out how to check me out. Worst spa experience ever.

Best Kept SPA Secret - Holly Wood Treatment in the first degree. I have been to several spas over the years and nothing has come to close to the treatment I received at the Renascence Spa. The ambiance is superb and beautiful and the staff very caring and friendly. I received topmost pampering. I am not sure where I got hooked...it might have been the champagne that greeted me or the tantalizing hor douvres. I received a massage and a facial and the therapists are very knowledgible. I got to learn a lot a lot my skin and the great benefits of a routine massage. AAAAAA+++. Will definitley go back.

Best Spa in Town!!!. This place is one of a kind. The ambiance and the caring staff make you want to come back over and over. The champagne facial, wine body wrap and rose pedicures are to die for. And, the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly experienced and nurturing staff who pays close attention to every minute detail. Be sure to enjoy the complimentary champagne & strawberries, and splurge for a spa lunch!
