EXCELLENT TRAINER!. I started working out with Chisholm Macdonald 14 months ago. The workouts are different each time and challenging. Chisholm pushes me beyond what I think I am capable of doing and inspires me to work harder. Great Trainer!. Chisholm is an excellent trainer! Lost 15 lbs. in the first 4-6 weeks. This is my first go at personal training and before I started I read a lot of bios- what caught my attention with this guy is how passionate he is not only about exercise and staying fit, but also the importance of eating right. He provides great nutrition tips during workouts, and also sends out helpful learning material to keep his clients motivated. Make no mistake about it, you will need to do your part, but his training provides a platform for you to reach all your fitness goals. He will help turn you into a cardio machine! He's also got a great sense of humor which helps you stay engaged during training sessions. Great Pre-Wedding Trainer!. I had been getting in shape for my wedding over the past year on my own through improved eating habits and going to the gym a few times a week. In the remaining few months, however, I felt I had plateaued and needed an extra push to get myself in the best shape possible. I found Chisolm and though I was skeptical of what a personal trainer was able to accomplish in 2 months, I began seeing results (as did my friends and fiance) within a couple of weeks! Chisolm spent time on nutritional counseling and in addition to meeting him 3 times a week, I began running on other days when I could. Not only did I become more lean and toned, I eventually became an avid runner (something I thought I would never get into!) The sessions were enjoyable, Chisolm was a great motivator but was never mean about it, and he certainly knows what he's doing. Looking back on the wedding pictures, I must admit I have never looked better and am so glad I made the decision to have a personal trainer. To spend so much on a dress, hair, and makeup, and yet not be in good shape, would have seemed like a waste in the end.
Chisholm is one of the best motivators I've ever met. He's extremely knowledgeable about what he does and knows exactly how far to push. HIs workouts are fun, innovative and have allowed me to tone and reach a level of stamina that I never thought I'd see again.

30 days into a lifetime change.
One of the most difficult parts of maintaining a gym routine for me has always been the monotony and boredom that sets in after several weeks or months, so one of the best aspect of working out with Chisholm is that every session is something different.
At first I was skeptical of the training sessions, wondering how much could be accomplished in 30 minutes. The answer is PLENTY. After going for a month, two sessions a week, I've already seen an increase in strength and endurance. More importantly, I've started to look forward to going. The pace of the workouts are quick, but comprehensive. Chisholm knows when you need to be pushed further and when you genuinely need a rest. Also great at sharing tips on technique and nutrition.
The location and the hours are both convenient and the gym isn't overcrowded.
