Owner and certified personal trainer Sean Millhouse has more than a decade of experience and provides clients with individualized diet, nutrition and fitness consultations. Sessions in this intimate and professionally outfitted gym can accommodate a variety of busy schedules. Sean focuses on helping clients meet their exercise goals, from increasing stamina to shedding a few pesky pounds. Cardio, weight training and cross training are the norm with seasonal group exercise classes also available for variety.
Great Personal Trainer. I worked with Sean on getting my endurance and strength up for a black belt test. And he was with me all the way and helped me reach my goal!
