BLACK, ROB (PARALEGAL) AND THIS RECEPTTION STAFF, AND AT ALL THE TIMES I HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH THEM...THEY WERE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND GAVE ME THEIR UNDIVIDED ATTENTION OVER MY LEGAL CONCERNS AND MY PRIVACY. THEY ALWAYS TAKE MY CALLS AND RESPOND TO MY EMAILS WITHIN IN THE HOUR, IF NOT IN MINUTES. I HAVE HAD TO TRUST THEIR PROFESSIONAL DECESIONS, AND TO THIS DAY I DO NOT REGRET IT. The primary reason I was impressed with your law firm was the professional manner in which every facet of the interviews were handled. I never had a feeling of being rushed or hurried, regardless of how mundane my questions may have been (and some of them were very basic). I was also impressed with the very helpful packet of information that was mailed to me after the first phone call. A lot of time and effort obviously had gone into the preparation of that packet. None of the other law firms that I interviewed with provided such helpful information, even to the detailed directions to find your office!

I was very impressed with the information provided on your web site and on your phone messages. I am extremely pleased with how my case was handled. The decision to file is rather difficult. There are many emotions, questions, and concerns one experiences. Through it all, both you and Shari were extremely helpful, patient and kind. The letters and information you give the client as to what they can expect were really helpful. I found I was able to refer to them several times during the process and found the answers to my questions almost every time. When I did need to contact your office Shari couldn't have been more helpful.

Attorney Black have helped us thru 2 Chapter 13...Everyone in the office is very nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about the bankruptcy. They are prompt at returning calls and answering your questions. I have referred him to several of my friends..Attorney Black have years of experience with bankruptcy and he is damn good at it...
