SHOULD BE 0 STAR BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION! This dental office was a total nightmare. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! They complained to you that their doctors didn't make much money on your insurance policy, charged you fees against the policy, and twisted the insurance regulations in order to make you pay for high-cost procedures. They made mistakes and refused to acknowledge them [let alone apologize]; they said they would call you to give you an answer but they never did. After you waited patiently for 10 days, you called back to inquire and they gave you all kinds of excuses: the person you talked to no longer with us, doctor out of town, no record of your request...etc. You thought talking to the doctor herself would help sovle the problem, think again. Jamea turned out to be the most unreasonable one. You tried to explain the situation to her in the hope of most effectively resolving the issue and in less one minute, she threatened you and told you she would call the police and hung up on you. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DENTAL VISIT EXPERIENCE-- A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.
