Understaffed. When we arrived we were shocked to discover that despite the fact that they knew a large party (21) was comming in, there only seemed to be one waitress working there. Despite the fact that orders were all on the same ticket per table, they managed to leave out certain items (rather than getting the main meal we kept getting and having to return side dishes than we had allready gotten). After asking about a specific item, handing in a ticket for that item and waiting for her order, one of our party members was told (over 15 minutes later) that she would have to order something else since they couldn't make what she has chosen. Taste-wise: All in all, the meal was not worth the wait. The rice bals were overseasoned and all I could taste was salt. The eel in the eel sushi was non-existant and could have passed for veggie sushi. To top things off there was no ginger or wasabi sauce. The worst part was the fact that a party of over 7 (seated in a private area) that arrived at least an hour after we had ordered, managed to leave before all the members of our party had even finished getting their appetizers. Hospitality:When some people at my table received their meal they decided to leave early. They asked the manager if they could get their ticket and she told them (with an attitude)that they would have to be patient because we were a large group. We explained that they had to leave and that they had ordered on a separate ticket from everyone else to make things easier and she said she was busy and they would have to wait. When someone else got their meal they eagerly commented "oh boy, I'm starved." Upon hearing this the manager said "Finally finally" mockingly and set it down.

By far the worst service I have ever had. We went with a going away party of about 10-12 people. Sat there for 3 hours and never even got our food. A small amount of people with our party did get something they ordered. But, who does that? They were bringing the sushi out one by one and even after 3 hours we still didn't get fed. My boyfriend and I ended up walking 3 blocks down to McDonalds. Which BTW we both despise McDonalds, we were desperate and it was the only thing open. I don't understand how they are still in business!?! AWFUL!
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
