Bad Service

Service quality very bad. Returned area rugs wet and mildewed. Unable to clean tile and travatine floors. Techs were late or had several excuses for not showing showing up. Paid a lot of money for bad service. Company only offered "Im Sorry". Never again!!!!

I had a huge stain on my carpet that I thought would never come out. The guys took the extra time to get the stain out, and had the rest of the carpet looking like new. The price is what was quoted to me over the phone. Very reasonable company. I would use them again.
