UNPROFFESIONAL. Made appointment. Arrived 10 min early. Told me my appt was 55 min later than booked. Admitted error and when I complained and stated I wouldn't wait for another 45 minutes, they said it would only be 10 more minutes. Set me in a room for 20 min and never came back. Never offered discount or anything. I left after driving 25 minutes to get there. A massive waste.

FABULOUS!!!!! FRIENDLY!!!!!. I am a new customer to Spa Milan after stopping a lady in the local HEB and asking her where she got her hair done because I really liked it. She told me to go to Spa Milan and ask for Jacqueline to do my hair. I made an appointment and when I first walked in the salon I knew I'd found the right place for me. I was greeted warmly and efficiently by the lady at the front desk (not ignored like some snooty salons) and immediately Jacqueline came out and introduced herself. I had my roots touched up, a hair cut, and a few highlights and my hair looks fabulous. Jacqueline knew exactly what I wanted with minimum input from me -- and she told me what would work and what wouldn't. The other stylists were friendly and said "hi" when they walked by (unlike the other high end places). The girl who shampooed my hair was delightful and I felt right at home on my first visit which is unheard of in the "hair" business. I've been to the best (Toni & Guy) and I've been to the worst since moving here from California 4 years ago. I've found my home at Spa Milan - they are the BEST!!! And the owner was there when I was leaving and she was wonderful, chatty, and friendly (my kind of people).

Old-fashioned. With such a name I expected more than the average cut at Cost Cutters, but I got much less. I took my daughter for a simple trim, not wanting to risk a more elaborate cut at a new place. Her hair is long and thick, so I was surprised when the person cut it in such a short time, without making sure it was even and well-balanced. One side ended up visibly longer than the other so I had to take her back. With Pearland growing as it is local places will have to raise their standards to survive competition from Houston.

Best Facial Spa .... If you want to have a pampering day with a great facial. Come & meet Janna at Spa Milan in Pearland. I have wonderful experience here with the staff being wonderful & the massage is incredible along with the great facial. Definitely come back for more later ....
