I like it.
Many people writing reviews are either super pissed, or super happy. It just appears that more are pissed when talking about this place.
However, I will be the one to say that I am super happy. I have been multiple times, and the massage has been OK... however, last night I had a different therapist, and I was blown away!
I highly recommend to try David at the spa. He is wonderful.

Really - in need of relaxation dont call here.. Come on ladies! I have been to this location several times, customer service has never blown me away but it passed. However, when someone is calling to set up an appointment for a massage, relaxation is probably on their mind. How many times can you possible ask someone to hold on?!? How difficult can it be to set up an appointment on a returning customer? I understand maybe the person is in training but the second person (who sounds like they have a better understanding of the system), 'can you hold please.' After the 4th time, I have had enough at your lack of customer service or knowledge about your job. I will take my business (money) elsewhere.

I set up my wife for a relaxing masage and the old lady farted in her face during the session GROSS.
we asked for a refund they said no refund or replacement massage they told us, not a very customer friendly service.
on top of that they push the sales pitch on you

Massage rip off. I was visiting Katy and was in desperate need of a massage. I scheduled a "30 minute massage" as advertised. I was taken back 10 minutes after my scheduled time. I was only given a 15 minute massage. When I questioned the receptionist when checking out, she said that it really isn't a 30 minute massage..they allow 10 minutes for dressing and undressing and 5 minutes for a consultation..which I didn't have. I would NOT reccomend this establishment to anyone. It would be better to find a local place with better service.
