pearland office - worst office (front desk, nurse, doctor). this is the worst combo of all together - front desk+nurse+doc) that's why only i think they are still there, saving each other or hiding eachother.

front desk lady is not at all friendly, her best line is - could you please hold -- and her hold time with me was 25 min. not only one time all the time this is her style of taking time actually b coz when i was there at office i was noticing how busy she is .. i am seroius she was having enough time to take calls and answer normally as oother office stall does.

NOT a caring neurologist who you can actually talk to and ask questions!! AVOID!!!. I would NOT recommend this physician to anyone!! I would rather give her ZERO stars than one star but the system would not let me. I went to see her and she had no bedside manner whatsoever. Her staff treated me rudely when I asked questions about my insurance and then they billed it wrong. She also did not like me asking her questions. If you are looking for a caring neurologist who you can actually talk to and ask questions... Kathleen Eberle is definately not it.
