Terrible experience

TERRIBLE experience. I suspect that the good review below was written by the owner. Look at the screen name. Before I even picked up the machine my wife told me that she hated to give her money to such a rude person. But he had the machine we wanted so we went with them anyway. I picked up the machine, took it to the event location plugged it in and watched smoke pore out of it. Called the emergency number on a Friday at noon. Got a reply 6 hours later. The owner immediatly started talking to me like I was an idiot and saying that I had done something wrong. When that didn't pan out he said it was a power surge. When that didn't pan out he said that Mexicans probably did a shi**y job wiring the building. I thought that the least he could do in a situation where his lack of quality control had caused me this many problems was to send me another machine. I ended up begging him to meet me at his location 40 miles away in the morning to swap out the machine. This was perhaps the worst dealings I have ever had with a business of any kind.

Mr margarita in kemah

We rented a margarita machine from the Kemah location and the customer service was terrible. The man was rude and demeaning. When I wrote an e-mail to the company to let them know about our experience, I was shocked at the response I received. The man made fun of my e-mail and e-mailed me several times letting me know I was the one with the problem, even calling my husband a liar and suggesting my husband has been lying to me about other things. Rather than thanking me for the feedback he called my e-mail very entertaining. Even after I asked him not to e-mail me back he e-mailed me 2 more times to insult me. My husband and I own a business as well, I cannot fathom treating a customer this way!! I have read several reviews in other sites about a rude man at this location, I wish I had done my research before renting from there. Also, they claim it only takes 45 minutes for the margaritas to freeze, that was not the case, it took close to two hours.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. MARGARITA'S TABLE CHAIR & MARGARITA MACHINE RENTAL

This company is the greatest. They have EXCELLENT customer service and on time deliveries. The margarita machine rental was clean and worked flawlessly. THe delivery drivers took the extra time to set it up and prepare the margaritas for our guests. We loved the karaoke machine rental as well -That was a blast! And the tables and chairs we rented were clean. These guys took the time to set up everything and to take it down when our event was finished. THEY EVEN HELPED CLEAN UP!!!!! MR. MARGARITA MARGARITA MACHIINE RENTALS IS THE ONLY CHOICE FOR US
