Turned my hair into rats nestt. I came in to buy Bio-silk and your employee talked me into getting a conditioning treatment. I told her that I had extensions and she said it would be great. When she was shampooing my hair she rubbed it all together and now I have a rats nest for hair. She tried combing and brushing it out but she was ripping my hair out. My extensions cost $475 and now the hair is ruined.
