I have used Malibu tan in the past and
was going to consider using it in the future until now. One of the teenagers there took at picture of someones personal information and posted it on the internet with a derogatory remark. If that wasn't bad enough, she still works there. That is completely unacceptable. Most people would be fired for such a outrageous breach of privacy. We go to these establishment trusting them to keep our information private, not post it on the internet for all to see. Beware if you choose to go there. If you rub someone the wrong way they may do the same to you.

I love Malibu Tan! I have tanned with them for several years now and I have not had any problems. I have frozen my account as well and never had any questions or concerns. All the employees have always been super helpful and very informative. I commend the salon on the best equipment, great customer service and all around a star in my eyes!
Teenagers running the place, poor customer service, get a copy of anything you sign!.
I had signed up to have a monthly draw from my account for tanning services. When I was getting ready to leave town for a few months, I went in to close the account in October. The kids at the desk said I could put it on hold for $5 a month, for as long as I needed, and then reactivate - plus I would get the $5 a month as a credt for products, like tanning lotion. I decided to go in and restart it when I got back in May. Much to my surprise, they had been debited my account for the full amount since February. I thought it was a mistake and of course, they couldn't do anything and gave me the main office. I called and they told me it was too bad I had agreed to those dates - very abrupt. I disagreed and asked for a copy of my agreement. It's July and they would never provide one. They have refused to return calls or emails. I had to make a special trip back in there to end it again. You better get a copy of whatever you sign because they'll fill in the blanks and you have no recourse. Make them give you a copy of everything you sign! They lost a customer over a bad and decietful business practice.
