Best Jack Daniels Glazed Ribs in the World!. When I arrived I was greated by a young female who opened the door and said "welcome to Friday's!" I immediatly thougt to myself, this isn't your ordinary casual dinning restaurant. I was right, it was so refreshing to be taken care of. I order the Jack Daniels Ribs, and they were falling off the bone delicious. My spouse ordered the Tropical Berry Mojito, and let me say it was perfectly blended, with just the right amount of Rum. It was so good I switched from my Beer and ordered one. I was really impressed that all employees really seemed to be happy I was there. It was different than any other chain I have been to. I noticed the Manager, a tall hevy set man talking and actively interacting with the staff and customers. He came by our table and checked to make sure everything was "excellent". A word you don't here a lot from other Managers. I asked him about his statement and he said "Thats our standard" Wow! I was blown away by his professionalism and grasp of his resaurant. I have been to his competetors in the area, and there is a lot of growth in Pearland. If they continue this level of experience, they have nothing to worry about. Iwas so happy my wife had insisted we go there instead of Olive Garden or On the Border. I had never eaten at a TGI Friday's, but after that experience I will become a loyal customer. Hats off to the Manager and staff of this Friday's. It was a perfect Dining experience!
