honest. I purchased Xterra at CL Nissan for same reason I returned for service, polite, honest folks over there. I have purchased and serviced vehicles from other dealerships in past, there has been no other that make me feel as comfortable as CL Nissan. I will definitely return for both future purchases and service. Mike Rozzell in service was excellent. Honesty and professionalism go a long way

Answers all my questions clearly no games. Armando Medina is the best. Armando always greets me by name as I walk in the door, even when he's not expecting to see me. He answers my questions clearly, concisely, and honestly. I feel VERY comfortable asking him such an open question as "what service does my car need", and I know he won't name a bunch of things I don't really need just to run the bill up.

Customer service is great. THeir customer service and friendliness is WORLDS above the Houston dealership where I purchased my car last year. Glad they are in my own neck of the Houston woods, so to speak!

Very good at not being pushy. The dealer was very good at not being pushy. The manager was also able to assist in closing the deal effectively and efficiently.
