So Thankful!. I am so thankful for Hanan! I rushed in yesterday after I got my hair dyed black by a salon in mid-town. My sister goes to this salon and I shouldve listened to her in the first place.

Hanan took the time and asked the questions to make sure she was going to give me a result that I was happy with (something Azur Salon did NOT do).

After 3.5 hours, my hair was no longer a shocking black with violet undertones, but a dark brown. Maybe not the auburn that I really wanted orginally, but that I blame on my hair being completely black (darn azur salon) and Hanan not wanting to make all my hair fall out (for that I am thankful).

I will definitely be returning. I have finally found a stylist in Houston that cares about their clients and their work. I should've gone here in the first place!

Best Spa Treatment. I spent my afternoon at Beauty Indulgence getting the Fire Package. I have to say I LOVED IT, from beginning to end. It was everything I dreamed of and more. Friendly staff, expert treatment and I almost fell asleep 3 times during massage. The spa cuisine was delish! It was the most relaxed that I've been in a very long time. I'll definitely go back!!

Whats the point in having a manager ?. Although this salon is convenient and is aesthetically pleasing, I was extremely disappointed. My experience at Beauty Indulgence was terrible for many reasons, and when I calmly tried to relay this to the manager and my stylist they matter of factly told me that the service had already been done. Nothing more. When a business doesnt provide the service you ask for (in this case not coloring the hair the color you ask), they arent on time AND they dont honor their pricing they arent the ones who should be on the defense. There is no excuse for being short or matter of fact with a customer, especially when they are being respectful to you. If you want an over priced, crowded, snooty salon that will take almost 2 hours to do a one process color, this is for you!! If you want to be a valued customer and not have to worry about the color your hair will turn out, find another salon. I have heard great things about Salon Eben and CK Day Spa which are pretty close by.

Far Exceeded my expectations!!!. This place far exceeded my expectations!! Friendly staff and an excellent colorist, her name was Amber, she consulted with me before we got started and we decided on highlights, the color was fabulous!! she really knew what she was doing! and I am very happy with what she did! I than I went to a gal named Sahel she also consulted with me and gave me a great cut that gave me shape and body and framed my face beautifully!! Great job girls I will definitely be going back !!

Bad customer service. I have been going here for a few years to get my eyebrows waxed and have had a few of their aestheticians. I have had both waxing and threading.

Yesterday I went and had my eyebrows waxed and by the afternoon, I had red bumps and a large red gash over one eye. I went back this morning to show the manager and ask if different products were being used and she said "No, are you using something different" Well, I am not. She did not offer an apology or anything. She told me that the aesthetician was in appointments and could I come back later. What was the aesthetician going to do??? I will not be returning to this place.

Knowledgeable Staff. My hairstylist, Anita, did a fantastic job making me appear more up to date while still keeping it simple for me to style and my esthetician, Sasha, does miracles with my out of control eyebrows! I never knew my eyes could be so much more emphasized by such a simple procedure.

Total Body Indulgence. My 2011 update still gets 5 stars!! The staff remains friendly , curteous and ready to make your visit as relaxing as possible. I have never had a bad experience at this Spa yet and I have been to many. I have been going to this one for about 3 years now. The staff are all very accomodating and make me feel very welcome even when I have to bring my kids along for may appointment if I don't have a sitter. This place is my escape away from the world because no matter how I am feeling they can always seem to make me feel like a princess. Whether it is the an amazing hair do by Scott , a pampering pedicure from Julie or an awesome manicure from Wanda(who also does the most beautiful acrylics ever!!) the icing on the cake is the nice comments from the staff and thier ability to make you feel like a million bucks! When you encounter a professional establishment such as this one, it makes you feel comfortable paying any price for a service because you know they are using quailty products and that you are going to get the best results possible. Remember you get what you pay for!!! This is definately one of Sugar Land's best kept secrets! I refer all my co-workers here!!

From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the friendly staff at Aveda's Beauty Indulgence took such great care of me. I was offered wine while waiting, escorted to all of my services,and made to feel really pampered. I'm new to the Sugar Land area, and I can say that I have found a keeper.

Wonderful Experience!. I go to Beauty Indulgence for my haircut and color services. Christiana does my hair and I am always blown away at the job she does. I went to several different salons before finding Beauty Indulgence and I will never go to another salon again. The staff is friendly and curtious and Christiana really knows her stuff!

NOT a relaxing time. I have never been herded through a 'day spa' like I was here. I expected it to be relaxing, as most are, but instead was told to 'sit here and wait' till someone could deign to wash my hair then picked up by my stylist for a cut. Her question was what do you want? Not how do you usually wear, do your hair....didn't look at it before it was washed. She was very brisk with me. I've been to many salons and don't expect to be pampered but don't make yourself so busy that you can't even be polite to your clients. I had the feeling I wanted to leave 3 times before I even sat down with the stylist, and 2 times after I sat down. I felt stupid telling her I was so uncomfortable because of the environment. Anyway, they really don't care at all as long as they get your money. Will NEVER go there again.
