great staff!. I was very afraid to visit any David's Bridal after reading many horrible reviews. I reluctantly made an appointment here after the recommendation from a friend and am so thankful I did!

I was paired with Kathleen for my consultant. She really knows what looks good on your figure. After trying on several dresses with "ok" results she insisted that I try on this one dress. I would have never picked this dress off the rack, but because of her insisting I try it on, I found my dress!! It was perfect!

She has great attention to all those little (or not so little) details and knows how to accentuate your best features. The assistant manager, Corina, is awesome too! Both of these girls, along with some others in the store, have helped me many days up until the close of store to make everything perfect. I have now purchased 6 dresses between my mother and I (I'm having several events) and have everything to thank to Kathleen and Corina. April has been very helpful too.

I have since been to other David's Bridal locations in Friendswood and the Galleria and the staff just SUCKS in comparison. Friendswood barely helps you at all and the Galleria is snoody. I basically only went there to get dresses that were the right size of what I had already tried on in Sugar Land!

Don't be afraid to come here. Come in with a good attitude and these girls will have a lot of fun with you, making your day perfect.

So frustrating!. I ordered my wedding gown from David's Bridal in March '08. My first experience was great. My consultant was outstanding and helped find the perfect dress. Eventhough the store was packed and understaffed, she always managed to be there when I had questions or needed help. I had to order my dress with extra length, so it would be until the middle of June for my dress to arrive. On my next several trips to find shoes, bridesmaids' dresses, and a mother of the bride dress, all those wonderful experiences vanished when my consultant left DB for another job. None of the consultants would help find anything even when the store was empty, and then we would be chastized for going through the racks ourselves. They would put clothes on the dressing room and then go back to the font to have their own conversations. They sold my bridesmaids dyed shoes to another person 3 weeks before the wedding and acted like she never bought them until another consultant came from the back and said she sold them. At my fitting, I was pinned in the dress and then forgotten about for 25mins. When I went to search out someone, the lady didn't remember pinning me and did it all over again. The whole thing was a nightmare of wasted time, rude looks, and unhelpful staff. I often waited at the register for 10 minutes for someone to come around or get of ftheir butt at the front. HORRIBLE!
