Listening to patients.
I am sorry that DoctorTruth had a bad experience at our office. I do know that unfortunately we did have some complaints about one of our receptionists. We do care about our patients and are very concerned with their experiences and treatment in our office. After listening to patients voice concerns, that employee is no longer with our office. It is our goal to offer advanced hearing healthcare services and to provide a caring and supportive enviornment to all of our patients.
I have seen Dr. Snook for 7 years. She is a woman of integrity and goes beyond what is expected of her. I have been very pleased with the service received and I find her pricing fair. Her staff is very courteous and professional.
The staff is somewhat biased, especially the lady who work in the front can be extremely rude. She does play favorism especially to female patients. She is unusually rude and hostile toward male and minority patients. The audiologist is above average, but she does not listen nor does she accept legitmate concerns and complaints. That is why I choose to go to another audiologist due to below average employees.
