Left my hair FRIED!!! I came in in with beautiful thick soft hair, leaving with WET COLORED HAIR... seriously damaged! I think that is why they let me leave with wet hair. I get home and started to style my hair to only find it fried and wirey (if that makes sense). As a couple of days passed i realized there was chunks of hair in the front that had broken off 1 inch from my scalp! (my hair is mid back length!!) There was no hairdryer or straightener that could smooth out the wirey broken mess!! I USE TO GET SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY HAIR BEFORE I WENT THERE, ONLY TO GET LOOKS AND COMMENTS SAYING " OH NO WHO MESSED UP YOUR HAIR?! I never write comments but I'm still trying to grow out my hair and making VERY frequent trips to my now wonderful salon to cut and treat my hair with moisturizers~

Excellent! Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Michelle always takes great care of me and my hair. We always discuss any changes I may want or need when preparing my hair color. I have been a client for many years and when there was a problem it was taken care of immediately.

WORSE WORSE IF YOU ARE FOOL GO THERE. WORSE WORSE IF YOU ARE FOOL GO THERE They care about making money not if the client is happy or not make appoint the will change at last minute go there don't know who is going to cut wait almost 1 to 2 hrs don't even know how to cut and color they will not ask you water or anything to drink while you wait

THEY WILL Give you BIG bill for a poor service

Heaven sent :). I came into Salon victoria looking to get back blond from a dark brown color My stylist was samantha and she did a great job. I apreciated that she was honest in telling me that it would take more that one appointment to get me the color i wanted safely., and that she stepped me through the process. My initial color was a dark blond like she said and by the third appointment i was a blond again like she said i would be. i had a great experience and there were plenty of lovely people there always with a smile. i would recomend this place to eveyone!

Great Style and Outstanding Service. I found Salon Victoria shortly after I moved to Katy and have never wanted to look elsewhere. I am a busy working mom with three active boys and little time. Michelle Q always makes time for me - often before hours on hectic Saturday mornings. The style and color are just what I ask for - I get the highlights I want without turning into a blond.

Best Salon in Town. I have been going to this salon for a few years now and have used multiple stylists. I have never had a problem with any of them doing my color or cuts and everytime I am there the staff always makes me feel welcomed!

Go here if you want your hair RUINED!. I just moved to the area and found this salon. Worst mistake ever! Michelle Quintero put the color on my hair without consulting me at all. It came out in shades of salmon, pink, and orange. Cindy Hughey did the cut and did not notice the disastrous color. (If she did notice, she didn't say anything...what does that tell you??).

When I called and spoke to the owner, Casey, she told me that she had been there when I was there!! And SHE let me walk out of there. OMG!!!! I wanted my money back but she wanted me to come in so that they could "fix" it. I don't think so! It took $248 and three hours at the Spa at Cinco Ranch (Melissa) to fix it. Unbelievable!

Nightmare place!!!. I'm sorry that there was not an option for a negative star...WORST place EVER! Horrible experience!!!! Had an appt. with Michelle Q. for my first time there. I was there for color and a cut and I asked her not to cover my highlights. She chose the color (not even close to my current color) without consulting me and proceeding to cover the entire hair including my highlights. She used a bottle for the color that had holes in it and she spilled dye on my shorts, arms and legs. The color was completely wrong; dark almost black and I'm a medium brown.

The cut was a disaster. She didn't seem to know when to stop cutting. She used a blunt razor that tore my hair instead of a sharp one. The whole experience was a nightmare.

I requested my money back but the owner, Casey, wanted me to come back in so that they could "fix" it. Thanks, but I went to my regular girl, Sarah, at the Spa at Cinco Ranch and spent the money to get the mess fixed. Stay away from this nightmare shop!

don't bother. I recently went here for a simple haircut. Michelle "attempted" to cut my hair. My hair is thick, but that shouldn't be a problem for an experienced hairstylist as quoted in their website for Michelle. My hair was cut in a bob and it was jagged on the ends and one side was shorter than the other. When pointing this out to Michelle, she said that evidently my spine was crooked! I wanted to ask her when she received her doctor's certificate! I left that day, but have been unsatisfied since, so today I went back in to see the manager. Stephanie, who is the receptionist, according to their website, helped me. Told me that my hair was thick and she wanted to thin out my ends. I told her I didn't want anymore length off my hair. She began to "fix" it and did cut atleast another inch off my hair. I explained to her about what Michelle had said and how it had offended me. She brushed it off and didn't apologize for it. Anyway, they gave me a $20 off coupon for my troubles. I will not be going back to this salon. I am still not satisfied with the cut. I would expect better service from a salon in the Cinco Ranch area.
